When I called Humphrey’s Megan answered the phone and she let me know they didn’t have any in stock. Megan took my name and phone number. Well today Megan called me and told me the uggs are in stock. I am so thankful and grateful for the friendly service I received from Megan. I did pay and Megan is going to have them shipped to my house for a small shipping charge. Thank You Again Megan.

After calling stores and searching major websites who knew I would find exactly the size and color UGG boots needed for a Christmas, at a shop in Pennsylvania! My call was answered quickly and took just minutes to confirm Humohrey’s had what I needed. I will absolutely use them again

i had to exchange a pair of uggs i got for christmas that were originally purchased at journeys. they were wiped of all uggs, and didn’t know when they’d get more. i was very disappointed then thought about humphreys. i called and asked if they had them in stock, and the employee said they did and put them on hold for me. they have great employees, quick service, and great selection. if you’re looking for uggs, shop here instead of the big chain stores!

Marilyn is a doll, she goes above and beyond to help get what you need. She happily helped me try on about 20 pair of shoes with a smile on her face. She knows whats she talking about, very knowledgable to help you find the best fit for whatever your need is. I will never buy cheap shoes again. They have stylish comfortable shoes. Have gotten many compliments on them. Super nice people. Highly recommend.

Jay and his trained staff know their trade and know their products so that you will be fitted with the correct size shoe. They provide exceptional, personalized customer service with custom orders and phone orders. Humphreys is the only place I shop for shoes, and it is well worth the hour-long trip to get there. They have great sales, too!

I love Humphreys bootery! They are second to none in customer service, product quality and fit. I try to support local mom and Pop businesses whenever I can and Humphreys is one of the best in the valley. Jay and crew always make you feel like part of the family whenever you walk through the door. I can spend hours in the Brighton section alone and NOBODY has a better Ugg collection than Humphreys. I can't say enough good things about this place.
