Ashley helped me out with my phone bills patiently, professionaly, and to completion. My plans had a few hiccups that were worked on and resolved. Merged my lines to one plan. Really pleasant experience

Due to the Dallas Pennsylvania store having the color of the phone I wanted I ventured out of the normal Wilkes-Barre shopping area that I would use and headed to Dallas. I was pleasantly pleased at the cleanliness and organization of the store. With that said the employees were also very casual but professional and informed. My salesman Benny did a great job. When other salespersons had an opportunity they would interject their opinion and feelings about what I was purchasing. I felt like I had the whole team working for me but of course Benny took care of me and actually had to fix a problem the next day and was still very polite and helpful. I've been with AT&T for years and now I think I just found my new store in salesman to see with concerns or upgrade intentions.

I took my motherinlaw shopping for a new cell phone that is Senior Citizen friendly. We had the most pleasant young man help her. He explained things the functions and set up of each phone. She was extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Way to go AT&T for hiring some good people.

Love AT&T. I was with Verizon years ago and I am staying with AT&T. Better customer service and support.

I went to AT&T today in search of a new phone and my own personal phone plan. I was helped by Kaylee today, and she made the process super easy! She was very kind, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable in any area of the process that I had questions with. Talking with her felt like I was having a conversation with close friend. 10/10 would recommend speaking with her when looking for assistance at this store. She was training a new employee, Al, who was also very nice and helpful as well!

Going to spare you the long story, but I had a rough time switching from Straighttalk to At&t. Had a huge issue with the port trying to keep my old number. Jared F (Store Team Lead) went above and beyond to help me sort it all out. Between multiple phone conversations between both service providers and making sure I left with a working number, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received from him. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and hard work! I appreciate you!

Benny helped me when i went into the store to get a new phone since mine had broke. he helped me with everything i needed and we got everything done very smoothly. he was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. very professional

Jared was extremely thorough, professional, & friendly. It was a very extensive process to help me transfer from another provider to AT&T and also transfer all my information from an old android phone to an I-phone. He patiently worked through every step, and was wonderful at explaining everything.

He confirmed that the new set-up was functioning correctly, & encouraged me to stop in again if I had any questions. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

Went there on 11/7/20 to have my phone transferred from Verizon, the associate who helped me was named Kaylee she was great to work with. Kaylee had the patience for the situation we had to deal with, also very knowledgeable of the products and services the store had to offer. I was there for almost 3 hours getting first net for first responders set up. Kaylee was willing to take the time needed to make sure I had the best experience I could. She went above and beyond.

My iPhone broke and we got the newest iPhone 14 pro max. Benny was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. Great job Benny!

My guy Benny deserves a raise if I'm going to be honest. Very friendly, witty, knew what he was doing, and was calm, cool and collected when dealing with T-Mobile customer service when helping me. If Benny ever leaves his job, this store better hold a funeral because it'll truly be a heartbreaking day.

Benny, at the Dallas store was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me out like no other store ever has! The three hours I spent there seemed like 10 minutes because he made it enjoyable! I found a new store to use and will only see Benny from now on!

Stopped in to inquire about switching to AT&T from our old carrier. Both associates greeted my wife and I as we entered the Shavertown store. Kate came over to us after she was done with her customer. She was absolutely amazing! She told us all about the plans and got us switched to AT&T in about an hour. She was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process of setting up an new account, picking plans, porting our phone numbers over, and transferring the data from our old phones to the new ones. She’s a total rockstar! It was by far the best and easiest phone sales transaction either of us have ever experienced. Thank you, Kate for your awesomeness!

Had issues setting up my new router... Called the store and talked to a great assistant named Kate... She helped me set it up with no trouble and didn't expect an old guy like me to understand the tech stuff, so she gave simple instructions. Thanks Kate, you're awesome!!!
