Very friendly people, There wasn’t a moment where I felt rushed, or hustled. My sales person was Tammy very nice with a lot of Knowledge of what a woman would enjoy.. I would definitely go back and shop again.. all in all it was a fantastic experience. I would give an 11 on a 10 scale… thank you again Tammy my wife love everything..

The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but not at all pushy. They have a wide selection for any price range and they never tried to upsell me or steer me in a direction other than what I asked to see. This was my first purchase from JL Winters but it will most certainly not be my last.

These folks are always friendly and accomodating. I was interested in getting a piece of jewelry having a pearl for a Bday gift. Great selection at a good price. I purchased a beautiful South Sea pearl pendant on a white gold chain. ...stunning! They had gold, white, black selections of earrings and pendant sets or by themselves. I had a great shopping experience with them. They were very helpful in every way.....kudos to all!

This is the ONLY Jewelers I deal with. I've been coming here for over 15 yrs and the reasons are: A) Service- I'm not one that can afford a lot but that doesn't matter, you will be treated great. You do not get treated according to what you can burn on your CC, they are great ppl and understand we all have different budgets. B) Quality- Everything is beautifully put together and treated with the idea that you or your loved ones will have it forever. C) Quantity- new to older looking styles. I know very little about jewelry, I just know when I leave there with anything, my wife will be happy. Thank you to the ppl at JL Winters for making this painless for guys like me.

Several years ago I was steered to JL Winters Jewelers by a good friend. These people are so kind. They value their customers and are never aggressive in their care and service.
Most recently I decided to have my engagement ring, wedding ring and a wrap of 18 stones resized. They had been so loose and uncomfortable for so long, I had forgotten that these rings, in particular, are meant to be enjoyed.
The rings were sized down from a 7 to a 5. The work is perfect and I have been flashing one of the treasures of a 52 year marriage for all to see!
Now, if they could do the same for other parts of my body... 2 whole sizes would be more than I could ever ask.

Love this crew! It’s always a breath of fresh air working with local shops and this one is top notch. I will forever be a customer and I recommend anyone in the area stop in and see them. Tyler has been someone that is always open to discussion and spending a lot of time on your jewelry and making sure everything is perfect in your experience. This jewelry store is beautiful...staff is wonderful and helpful and patient. My husband sent me in to pick out a gift for Christmas and they were serving coffee, soda, water and wrapping the gifts beautifully. Very nice place.

My wife and I have been going to J.L. Winters for many years! Tyler is who we always deal with and he is absolutely amazing! I just can't say enough good about him or the business. He is always so kind and welcoming! He is so patient with us! He is just such an awesome person not to mention extremely knowledgeable! When we picked out my wife's ring - we spent hours there! Then we had to pick out the center stone and that was a process! He was beyond patient with us. He answered all of our questions and also explained how diamonds are graded. He never got annoyed with us at all during the process. He made us feel like we were family! Then we went in months later and picked out my ring as well as the wedding bands that we wanted for our rings. We were not happy with the one that went with my wife's band so yet again - Tyler gets all of these bands out and patiently goes through them with us and helps us pick out the perfect bands! Over 3 hours we spent with him and again....we had his full undivided attention! Never making us feel rushed or anything like that! If you are looking for quality jewelry, an awesome selection, and top notch customer service then J.L. Winters is the only stop you will need to make. We will never shop anywhere else for our jewelry needs! Thank you to Tyler and J.L. Winters for always being so good to us! We really appreciate it!

This place is the best. They always make sure they take the time to show and explain to me the jewelry I'm interested in. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.

Stopped by this afternoon to have the battery replaced in my watch. I was helped by a really nice lady named Tiffany. We had a great chat about watches and jewelery while she brought my watch back to life. I was also introduced to the owner and the staff, all were excellent! If you're in the market for jewelery, this place has beautiful pieces.
