Vintage Tub & Bath

We were looking for a cast iron clawfoot tub for our new bathroom. Their selection was the best. Even though we did not see the tub in person, it’s made with high quality materials and is very heavy. It’s beautiful and looks great and functions well. The faucet was missing a piece and customer service expedited a replacement part. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered a cast iron tub, tub faucet, shower faucet and 2 sink faucets from Vintage Tub and every piece is beautiful! I was helped throughout the ordering process and any follow up questions were answered promptly!

Quality products! Great service! I've had the bath from VT&B since 2012 and just got new taps and shower attachment and curtain ring this year. Couldn't be more pleased. Previous taps got a crack under warranty - they didn't hesitate to send me new!

Custom service is excellent, and the products are wonderful. When restoring an older traditional home, this is my go-to. I needed a 48" (hard to find) clawfoot tub for a small space. And while it's new, it's real cast iron, just like they've always made them (minus the old lead porcelain that sometimes requires reglazing an older tub). Perfect, classic designs that you can't find at the big box stores. Will shop here again and again.

I purchased a vintage shower head from Vintage Tub and Bath for my latest ensuite bathroom reno ( done in January/2023) and I absolutely love it! Not only does it look fantastic, the pressure is wonderful! Even though I had to pay in USD ( I'm Canadian), it was worth every penny. My bathroom contractor was very impressed with this item as was the plumber who installed it. I highly recommend this shower fixture!

Fasted delivery I’ve ever seen for a large item. For order to my door in 2 days. Beautiful well built tub.

My whole bathroom was designed around this tub! I wanted a WOW factor & boy did I get it! I've had many compliments on how amazing this tub is. Sadly I had to wait a few months for it due to it being on backorder, which made me very nervous, but it actually arrived earlier than planned. It's a large deep tub. I haven't soaked in it yet, but one might want to insulate the bottom because it is quite noisy when adding water, but thats to be expected. Also follow the care instructions carefully. The tub only comes as a tub, no drain kit or stopper, VTB helped me with the drain kit & I received it promptly before my tub arrived.

Working with Vintage Tub & Bath was excellent from the start. I was impressed by their customer service and then floored yet again by the quality of their products. We can not wait to use our tub!! I have recommended Vintage Tub & Bath to all our friends and family.

So far every piece has come in. Haven't seen the shower walls but I want to give the 5 stars because the customer service from Kristy was amazing. We hit a snag with delivery I called Kristy she took action immediately and our shower was delivered on time. Thank you Kristy! Vintage, our vanity/counter is beautiful!! So excited!!

Looks slick! The heaviness in the construction feels nice too. Good, solid pieces. Definitely worth the investment!

I am editing my 1 star review from last week. A company representative contacted me and immediately refunded my money for the defective item. So kudos to their customer service team, for quickly and efficiently handling problems!
