I ordered a washer and dryer online on Black Friday. My delivery date was set yet the delivery people never showed up. I sat waiting for hours but assumed it would be delivered the next day, it was not going to be. I complained to the store manager and he did everything in his power to ensure it was delivered. He was going to deliver it himself if need be. He was absolutely fantastic! The delivery team was equally as fantastic! My horrible experience was completely turned around by this group! It meant the world to me!!

This Lowes is the best!! Fast, friendly service with a smile!! I went there for "River granite rock". I parked by the nursery & called them to ask for instructions on where to pick up these bags of rocks . Kenny answered, & he met me out front & helped me pick out the correct rocks needed for a project. He loaded the HEAVY bags into the back of my truck & couldn't be nicer. My husband delivers dry wall/ Wall board to this Lowes and they are always WAY faster at unloading his Flatbed Semi-truck than any other Lowes in Pa or New York!:) Very Pleased!! So, I went to this Lowe's last week to purchase Paint, Tiles, Wood Stain, etc. for my Mixed Media Art and Acrylic Painting Projects. I needed "Specific" Material's to use for the "Online E-Course" I'm taking: 'Shelee Art" who specializes in the "Bloom technique" in Abstract Acrylic Art. I was ever so graciously greeted by "Wendy Benjamin," who works in "Home Decor", not the "Paint" Dept. She knew which isles these items were on & EXACTLY where they were!! She also found me "Substitute" items for "Behr" products, because that brand is sold @"Home Depot", not Lowe's. She was VERY helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing & literally treats customers like "People" not "numbers".
She deserves a raise and promotion!! This employee went FAR above & BEYOND her duties to help me in this HUGE Store!!👍🎨🖌

I have found the sales associates and store workers are always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable: professional.

I love me a day at Lowe's,🤩 I could spend hours. But if you're going to order a washer and dryer make sure you are very specific as to when it comes in. Now I ordered during the pandemic, but what went from a week or two, to them saying a month and a half. But that's just being a cautious date. Two months later, with many phone calls, they arrived!!! But I still love me Lowe's 🤩

Good place to get supplies. Employees are helpful, and stop on their track's to help you find things. Vic

I took my parents to Lowes in Williamsport PA to purchase a washer and a stove top oven, we knew exactly what we wanted, Len and Heidi went out of their way to assist us, very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous! Heidi was trying to open a credit card for my father, she had to end of calling the credit card department, then it was taking forever, I had to end of taking a picture of my father and his drivers license on an app on my phone, finally all was approved, we were there at about two hours, if it wasn't for Len and Heidi we probably would have left and made the purchase else where!

Despite an obviously poorly managed store, the associates helping us went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful to the 2 young cashiers and the guys back in the yard.

Working on my hunting camp and ran out of some material. Went to Lowe's and they had everything I needed to finish my job. My hat's off to Lowe's.

Bought a pellet grill and had the disappointing experience that it was delivered with obvious damage and would not turn on.

However, I took it to the store for exchange and folks were incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Anne at the returns desk. Made the switch easy and now I happily have my functioning smoker.

Great employees at this Lowes. Tim and Andrew in Flooring are amazing despite my constant questions. John in cabinets is amazing as well. He knew our time crunch and budget limitations, yet went out of his way to help us find and design something to meet our needs. I hope these employees are appreciated and they receive the recognition they deserve. A pay raise as well!

I needed a new toilet seat. I cannot use one with the 1-inch square plastic hinges. My old one was wooden with metal circle hinges that bolts fit in and nuts were put on from underneath. Asked an associate for help; he listened to what I said & DC didn't make me feel like as a woman I didn't know what I was talking about! We shall see if the recommended one actually works!

I was working on a house. I got almost everything there and service was very helpful with all my questions. They also help me to get what I'm looking for.

I always GI to Lowe's because in this hick two that's all you get. Not Home Depot unless you drive fare to get there. I'm from the City & stores stay open till 9 or 10 & we have stores every where.

I love going to Lowe's in the morning. The staff is very helpful. I had to look around for an associate (only for a minute), and they were happy to assist me in the lumber department. He showed me options. An associate in the hardware department approached me and asked if I needed assistance. Great morning at Lowe's.

I ordered a stove for a rental property, and it was damaged when it arrived at the store for delivery. I was contacted by Ryan in Appliances who not only reached out to me immediately, he orchestrated a 24 hour search to resolve my stove issue and get me a new stove as quickly as possible. He called to numerous stores on my behalf, and did everything in his power to ensure my impact was as minimal as possible. In addition to his thorough and regular communication, he was pleasant to work with. Thank you, Ryan!!!!
