Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to lows for plumbing supplies and it was a lot of stuff I needed to get plus I was working on really old plumbing and I’m not a professional by any means I walked the Isles looking for what I needed but no luck.. I decided it was time to ask for help I ran into a lady by the name Terri and thank goodness I did I literally told her part by part and she took me to it and even made suggestions for what I should use and she was right! I literally got everything I needed and didn’t have to go back to lows for anything extra. Terri was awesome thanks again

Went in looking for pet safe snow melt and shoe grips for ice and snow traction that I saw on their website(which was unclear about whether or not the shoe grips were in stock or not.)
Turned out they weren't in stock after all, but one of the employees went with me back to the aisle I thought the item might be in to confirm for me that it was the correct location for the item and to help me double-check and make sure it definitely was not to be found (even after he checked the store inventory on his handheld beforehand and showed they had none on hand.)

Furthermore, after I thanked him and ended up on the opposite side of the store to look into some heavy-duty boots, he followed up with me to confirm he double-checked any items that could have been similar to what I wanted to make sure they had nothing like what I was looking for. After answering some of my questions about the work boots, he checked to make sure I had everything I needed and pointed me in the direction of the snow melt I was looking for.

Well above and beyond what I usually expect these days in major home improvement stores.

I love this store for my home improvements. I see the different parts n fixtures in every aisle. Their prices are pretty reasonable. I like the home n garden too.

I've come to expect good service here. The head cashier who came to register for price match, claimed (in a very rude manner) they didn't do that when signage clearly said they did. We had to do a run-around and order online. All other customer service was very courteous and helped deesculate and defuse what was turning into a fairly tense situation.

So many helpful people here today! Tammy and Vance were 2 stand-outs. Cheerful solution-finders in 2 separate departments. Thank you!

I got to lowes and home depot. What either one don't have the other has. I was looking for a new toolchest for work and I found one. It wasent the initial one I wanted but I found one.

My husband and I bought craftsman drill and it broke. Brought it back to this Lowe’s and customer service was outstanding! We did not have our receipt and they looked it up on line with our card found it and replaced with new drill! Love that Craftsman guarantees product and that this team of sales associates were amazing with customer service! Sorry for the customers who had to wait in line behind us!🤪but you would want the same help when it is your turn. 😊👏

Gotta love Lowe’s! Both their stores in the area are great. Excellent selection and helpful employees. The easy, quick returns always help too. Love this place. They also have bins to recycle rechargeable batteries, CFL light bulbs, and plastic bags for free. Plus they sell propane tanks. Everything you need.

Jon was great he helped my family with our first time investing in a washer and dryer. We had multiple questions, and hopped back and forth he never lost interest, and was very attentive. Super nice, and helpful. Thank you

Dylan on the curbside pickup team is great. He's great at communicating what to do and is thoughtful in contacting us if he thinks we might need something.

My online order was transferred from another Lowes and got lost in the system. After a few calls Cj, Nicole, and Chris all combined their efforts with the other store and ironed it all out for me. I would definitely recommend this store, and wanted to say thanks again for all your help.

In and out easy, staff helping is great

I bought a product that broke within 30 minutes of purchase that should not have broken and created a pretty big problem. I was back in the store 40 minutes after purchase, and the manager agreed, should not have happened. I was mortified thinking it was going to be an awful experience, but the kind manager told me to hire a pro to make sure the broken piece didn't cause me future issues, at Lowe's expense! I did, and thankfully the repair cost just $145. I brought in the receipt and was reimbursed.

Lowe’s is a nice store was able to purchase what I needed to help me fix something in my house

Bought a set of patio furniture today and the process was seamless. The associate was attentive and set everything aside for me to come and pick up later. The set was in great condition. I went to Home Depot first and I’m sorry I did. My experience was a lot better at Lowe’s.

A++ this store has a lot of great people what try to help. I when to buy appliances and Dan from Appliance give me a great service hi put together all i need and help me get a credit card from lower. Thanks a lot for all you help A++

I went to the Lancaster, pa lowes to buy a cordless tool set. Cindy, Ray and Mark at the pro desk check out were very helpful. They took time to answer all my questions and provided valuable information to keep me shopping at lowes.
Cindy was patient and understanding. Ray and Mark were knowledgeable and they all had smiles on their faces.
