This is the best Costco I’ve been to hands down. I had found a really great coat in my town that was a GREAT price. Well, the coat ended up being too big. Went to another location to see if they had my size, which they did, but the manager said “there’s no way in hell I can honor that other price.” What manager talks to a customer like that? Finally drove out to this one in Lancaster (i really wanted this coat). Linda, in clothing, would not give up til she found my size. However my size ended up being in a big box above the cereal aisle. The manager Glenn could not get it down for me in that moment, but got it down for me the next day, called me to let me know, put it on hold til I could come grab it AND honored the price I originally paid. THANK YOU LINDA AND GLEN! You guys went above and beyond and it didn’t go unnoticed.

Always busy and I think the best meat department. Being a outdoor smoker of meats I have yet to find anyone to compare to there quality and prices. Love walking around their store, you never know, found a pair of Levi's for $12. I am into that.

Large selection of name brand and store brand goods. Large bakery section and great deals on meats. They also have prepared dishes like Shepards pie and salmon which we love also. We go there about once a month.

So we had always considered joining Costco and I now regret that we did not join sooner. The coolest part about it honestly is the snack bar and its affordability. Free samples are a thing here around the store. If you have never checked out a Costco I highly recommend it!

Had a set of tires installed. I purchased them through Costco online and made an appointment for the installation. Effortless transaction and excellent service at the warehouse. Highly recommended. $300 cheaper than the dealer.

It’s always packed busy here but I also leave with a mini Costco to take home of my own! I always have a good experience with store associates and never seem to wait to check out very long no matter how many people are in line! Great experience all around with consistency!

Costco for us is worth it. Kirkland tiolet paper is soft and a good value. So is their paper towels. Rotisserie children is great. Excellent warrenty on tvs. They have so many great items at great prices.

Stocked up on things we need & many things were on sale. One of our favorites us the Kirkland Italian meatballs. Delicious & fully cooked, so easy to use.

So far, so very good ! Amazing prices for the bulk and quality you get. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked and clean. The store was busy but got through chexk out in under 15 mins .

First time with new membership. Good experience. Also got hearing aids there. Beet professional staff. Pleased with the results of the hearing aids.

Clean, fairly efficient checkout lines, excellent return policies. The parking is the only negative of this place! My suggestion is park to the far left of the building and enter/exit through the Lowes entrance.

Checking out during a busy time of the day. The staff kept the lines moving and self check out was moving fast. Minimal wait with staff supervision. Customer service!

I don’t normally post reviews but when an employee goes above and beyond I want to recognize it! Today I was at Costco doing my normal monthly shopping. We got to the self checkout (had my two kids in tow) and my son reminded me I forgot to grab the popsicles that I save till the end so they don’t melt. As I was standing there trying to figure out what to do, the employee working the self checkout line (his name is Maurice) overheard my son and offered to walk the whole way back and grab a box for us while I checked everything else out. I would have never expected him to do that but the fact that he offered so I could keep my transaction running smoothly was above and beyond in my opinion. I really appreciated it! He deserves public recognition ☺

A good thing over used. Parking is crowded. Checkout is always understaffed. Stupid line to get out after you checkout. Maybe almost worth it if you have a large family. Otherwise go somewhere else. Note this is for Hempstead location. Pretty obvious management here does not care about customers wait time. I use pharmacy and try to go during off times.

My one stop shop, everything you need in one place. Clean store, friendly staff, even with the long lines the wait isn’t terrible they keep it moving, except on Saturday’s and in December avoid it like the plague. I go here because of the prices, I never need a receipt for a return, and the return policy is for the life of the product. That’s truly standing behind what you sell. I look here first for what I want to buy for those reasons. Tremendous business model, to be able to keep their prices on a lot of the family staples the same for years. Deals vary, I found better prices on their website compared to in-store, and vice versa so for some merch (mainly clothes) check both. Costco is my #1 retailer, nobody is even a close second.

Great shopping venue for so many items in Lancaster, PA---food, household, gifts and so much more! I have been a member since 1996! Great products, great values on so many items. Handicap Parking and scooters too, for those who need one. Good customer service too! I go almost weekly!

I love costco,lots ove stuff to buy,good prices, really good fresh meats,produce, super good cakes,breads ,pies, there pizza is amazing.

Had my tires rotated; very friendly, efficient & professional. Job was done in 30 minutes. Thanks guys!
