Wow, I have been tempted to call the Good Feet Store and rave about how great their products are. A super value. In the Yakima Store, Ryan took care of me, and he was really focused on helping me out. I loved his clear presentation. I purchased what he recommended, and my ability to walk improved immediately. I was really surprised. I know some Good Feet customers must be surprised at the price. But with everything that goes into creating the Good Feet Store--the R&D, the tech, the overhead, paying everyone--my set of orthotics was NOT expensive, it was cheap!

I could rave on about Ryan and the crew, but I don't wanna come across as too much of a fan boy. My praise is not overly-enthusiastic, because the good results I got are real. Ryan really helped me out, and I want everyone with hurting feet to know about it.

I worked with Martha and she was great! She really made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and like part of the Good Feet family. She explained the process really well and answered my many a question but she did it in a way that made her fun and easy to talk too. The orthotics also feel great! Just walking around I can feel a major difference. If I could rate this a 900 I would, I definitely recommend.
(oh and Ryan was there too)

Alex is fantastic! All the staff is so friendly and encouraging! I am noticing a good improvement in the first month! I had actually forgotten about my toe pain! I highly recommend the Good Feet Store!

The Good Feet store in Yakima is absolutely incredible! The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Whenever I call I get an appointment same-day, right away. At my first visit, I described my foot discomfort and the issues with my left knee, and Martha went out of her way to evaluate what was going on with my feet. We started by taking my footprint impressions and they made 3 custom inserts for my shoes to help remedy my uneven pressure points: strengtheners for at home, maintainers for walking and being out and about, and relaxers for my slippers. Immediately, the inserts improved the pressure and discomfort in my knee, I’m able to walk around and have zero pain! I just went to my follow-up re-evaluation appointment to get my feet re-printed, and in about four months: the pressure is evenly placed throughout my toes and feet, my posture has improved significantly, my arches have been restored, and my achy calluses are all almost completely gone! I had no idea that foot support could help so many other little things I didn’t even know were connected! Highly recommend!! My family and I have all gone to this location for insoles, and we have received incredible service every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and very kind. They are very good about checking up and making sure that the product is the correct fit. I would definitely recommend!

Martha was amazing. Very good customer service. She is easy to talk to, might have missed her calling as a therapist. Right after I tried them on the difference was immediate and felt like 50 lbs were lifted off my hips, and my knee pain is almost completely gone.

I’m so glad I finally went in and got the supports I needed! I have battled on and off with plantar fasciitis, but after a solid week of no relief, I went in and Alex got me set up!! I just had my 30 day checkup and have not had any pain since using the supports! Alex has been so positive and helpful and I honestly think he was as excited as I was that I have no pain!! Outstanding product and outstanding service! Well worth any price you would pay. These arch supports are for life. And definitely will change your life!! Ryan who has now helped me twice with refitting, takes the time needed to get the right fit. I am a chef on my feet all the time, And have had over 7 surgeries on my feet without these arch supports I would not be able to work! Or walk comfortably at all! My feet are feeling so much better! Just came in for my 1 month check up. My arches changed enough to replace my supports. Hylie did a great job getting me adjusted into new sports and he sidekick Martha double checked and everything was correct! These supports are good for life so it's worth every penny! Thanks ladies!

I gotta say the service was amazing! I felt like a VIP. From when I first walked in, to the greeting and the explaining along the way, everything was very enjoyable. I even got a foot massage and was offered a bottle of water. The price was eye raising but hey, your feet are definitely worth it. You only got one pair and you better take care of them because no one else will and they are your foundation. Plus they offer a payment plan. Thanks Good Feet Store and keep up the good work.

The service by Alex was terrific. I bought a good pair of sports shoes since I’ve never had a good pair. Bought the 3 insoles also. Pricy, but walking is increasingly important as I grow older. The insoles make me feel much more stable.. as if my feet are wider and more connected to the ground. My posture is better also because I put more weight on my heels using the supports. I’m very satisfied and glad I got help at the Yakima Good Feet Store! Thank you Alex!

I have gotten a lot of pain relief with my arch supports. Alex has been very supportive and easy to work with. If he says he is going to call and check on how you were doing in a week or so he does it! I am very glad I went to the Good Feet Store!

Well, I didn't make the investment 2 years ago but I decided to get the Strengthner and Maintainer. I was skeptical because I don'tike making big purchases without 100% assurance it will benefit me.

I purchased some other orthotics online and they rubbed the skin off of my arch. Needing relief from this problem, I visited the store where Martha was a big help.

I have pretty bad plantar fascitis that has created huge pain in my feet. Long story short, this product has corrected my feet problems and even relieved the pain in my lower back.

I'm sold on the investment which was cheaper than the orthotics my orthopedic was trying to sell me.

Pretty happy with the entire experience.

I can’t tell you what an amazing difference their inserts made in the pain in my feet , legs, and low back! I have never felt so much relief not to mention that I was able to stand tall and walk like I never had an issue! I can only tell you to please if you’ve ever thought about it , stop thinking and go get your feet made over for the change of a life time. I can’t tell you enough to just go try them and let them change your life and your mind!! Amazing absolutely amazing!!

Fantastic products and people. I visited the store on a Saturday and was able to ski Sunday, which I couldn't do comfortably for several years. Thank you so much to Alex the Arch Whisperer in the Yakima store...he answered all of my skeptical questions, got my old arches replaced, and set me up with an additional pair that better fit some of my current activities. I truly appreciate the assistance.
