Clean, friendly staff great service. First one I've been to where they have boards where you can scan the app and place your order. You can also just order the traditional way (at the cashier) or use the frive through. Easy to get to, easy in and out.

This was a very clean McDonald's. The food was fresh and delicious.

Everyone at the drive thru was fast and friendly. My order was correct and restaurant was clean from what I could see, and I smelled cleaner. I will be returning to this location also recommended to all my friends/family. Great work everyone! Keep it up!

Every time i go throw the drive throw i give them my order but every time i come home get ready to eat it they always mess up my order and then i have to call them and let them know what they did wrong its seems like every time I go up there just make sure you check your food there before you go home. Make sure they don't mess up on your order.

I mean, it was average McDonald's. Always good as normal

They actually offer table service when you request it instead of going "Order for Big Mac Meal, no salt on fries!"

First off, this is McDonald's. If I were to rate them based on their quality of food, it would not be 5 stars.

But this is the best McDonald's I've been to. They have fiber internet with insane speeds (200+Mbps), games for kids, order kiosks, and food is prepared quickly. If you download too much though, you will be kicked off. So I'd recommend you enable MAC address randomization so they can't track your device. Also, try to keep VPN on when using any open wifi.

Cute little chain. With that old timely feel of serving customers at their table with a smile. Like they are glad to see you. Food was fast and one of the best McDonald's restaurants I have been to in years. Would definitely recommend to others. Even has some parking for truckers.

I just want to say thank you to the manager and everyone at this McDonald's for taking care of me. My order was perfect and then some. Thank you for the understanding that I only had change to pay for my order. Thank you all for your service . You will never be forgotten.

May 18th morning shift was so overwhelmed but if you saw how they kept theirs head in the game, amazing work, attention to detail on every order, and complete professionalism even when faced with rude customers.

This McDonald's does NOT have the usual expectation of slow drive-thru lines, wrong orders and cold food. The food is always fresh, orders always filled correctly, drive thru line goes quickly, and tea is always sweet :) When traveling 81 through the county, I will wait to get to this particular McDonald's if I need to make a quick stop, passing the others every time.

Hot food. Fast lines. Courteous service. When I can't make it home this is my go to/backup plan

I stop here on a regular basis before work to get a tea, and the service here is top notch! The staff at the drive through are terrific, they remember me and are always so friendly. Sometimes if there is a line, they know my order, so they will hand me my tea at the window where you pay.

Stopped by for some breakfast and had an issue with my McDonald's app. The app and my cards were all messed up (my own fault) and the manager came to assist extremely helpful. If it wasn't for her I would've missed breakfast. Thank you!

Quick stop on my travels but very busy. Took a long time to place and get order. Sandwich was good

Friendly staff, doing their best, yet you still have folks who complain it takes too long for food; I feel like telling them, this isn't a fine dining restaurant with Gordon Ramsey!

I know it's fast food, but they always do very well here. The main reason for the high rating, though, is a senior citizen employed here. She made me feel like I was eating dinner at Grandma's!

I got stuck on 81 in the snowstorm on 3/20/18 in Greencastle, along with 20 or 30 others. McDonald's was giving people free coffee, and the employees were hard at it, stoic and cheerfully helping everyone feel at home. This morning saw more of the same, snow and good folks making people feel better.
Everyone there deserves recognition and reward.

It was my family first time on March 24,20018 an we had a great time we enjoyed are time there an you really get the whole out look of the BIBLE an it is great for kid keeps then entertain with the animals in the show it just great fir all age. A story you heard before in the Bible you know it but you all bring it so much to life that everybody pays attention and learns more then they did the first couple times they hurt enjoyed it for my first time I will be coming back and talk about it to other people
