This is my happy place !! As soon as I order my raspberry Tea they already know the rest of my order, the girls and the manager here treat us so well and I can’t go to any other Dunkin to get this type of service. Thank you G-Castle Dunkin ❤❤❤❤❤

I regularly visit this Dunkin' location, probably two to three times per month, for drinks and donuts. They have never, ever let me down. Staff is always friendly. My orders at the drive thru window are never wrong. The store interior layout has ample seating for customers that want to eat or drink before leaving. Equipment used to make food, display cases, and the seating area are kept clean. I wish I could by-name call out the most friendly staff members, but I can't because EVERYONE workng there has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. If you're looking for a place to stop just off Interstate 81 or if you're a local resident that wants delicious food, treats, and tasty drinks, this is THE place to go!

I absolutely love this location they are always on point with their food and their beverages my most recent favorite is the red velvet ice macchiato with 10 pumps of velvet it is so good I absolutely enjoy coming here pretty much every morning.

I travel a lot and this was the best Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. They were blazing fast, like I have no idea how they were so efficient, they were friendly personable, and attentive. I pulled up to a line of 6 cars, expecting it to take 30 minutes or something and we were driving away in 5. I cannot even comprehend how they got through so many people so quickly but they deserve some serious credit. Also, all of the food was spot on and the coffee was made perfectly.

Always makes my iced coffee order perfect! Especially compared to the other ones around.

Love the new coconut refreshers! We got the 🍑 peach and the strawberry 🍓. So good and refreshing on a hot day!!

I took a truck full of softball girls to this location this morning, ordered 16 specialized drinks through the drive through. I have to say the service was exceptionally fantastic. We only waited a few moments for all of them. What a great friendly staff. Thank you for your hard work

Update 6 months later...it wasn't a fluke or one time deal, the employees here are the BEST and have become part of my Friday morning routine to start my day with a smile and positive experience.

I don't live near a Dunkin' Donuts anymore, so this visit was a treat. Sour cream donuts are my favorite, but only if they're willing to warm them up for a few seconds, first - and they were! This is also my all-time favorite coffee and it's so good to be able to count on it tasting the same regardless of the store or location. Well done, and with a smile, too!

i love this dunkin ((: i go here all the time! i’ve tried other dunkin’s around, and they don’t seem to be as good as this one. the staff is so nice and welcoming. my order is almost always right!!! 10/10

Great location! Donuts and drinks are always as they should be and the staff is so friendly! I've had one or two mistakes in my orders in the past, but the staff was so quick to correct it that I cannot complain.

Always great quality. Staff is always super nice and polite. Pulled in at 9:58 and they were closing at 10. I didn't get anything after I asked when they closed but they were over the top willing to serve me, I simply don't believe in going somewhere 2 minutes before close. Great experience here.

Only place I go for my coffee or specialty drinks. Love the cups. Bought many. Thanks for the great service.
