I cannot say enough good things about Brad Allen and his team at Rossbacher in North East, PA. Our business suffered a HUGE loss recently--a drunk driver slamming into 5 of our brand new motorhomes and one travel trailer. The loss was handled quickly and efficiently. The field adjuster was very fair and extremely helpful during a time of great chaos. Fortunately Brad had just reviewed our policy with us before renewal in July, bringing us up-to-date on all our coverages and we are very thankful he did!
