The counter workers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They go out of your way too help you pick exactly the right thing. I didn't cross check prices because the help they give is worth the difference, even if there is a difference.

Parts store... Had what I needed. Not much to say, Zero issues treated like someone should be. Greeted as normal.

They had computer troubles and my gift card was lost during the computer troubles Jesse the manager made sure everything came out right. It was a stressful situation all the computers were going down one of the time and locking up and he stayed calm cool and collected. Very professional people there and sincerely want to help you with your automotive needs.

Always very friendly and courteous staff, helpful too. Also, I don't expect any auto parts store to be "clean" really but it's much cleaner than you'd expect a store of this type to be.

Not sure what the young lady's name was, but she knows her U joints. She asked questions that the guy at NAPA didn't and saved me about $100 on parts. The North East AAP is better for having someone behind the desk that cares as much as her. She took the time to make sure I got the right parts.

Great service with people who know what you need. I am in there enough I know many of them by name. They are very personable.
