I wish that i could give 12 stars to Laura. We had been having issues with our permanent jewelry. We got matching 14k gold Valentino permanent bracelets. One kept falling off, and we had to make multiple trips back into the store to get it repaired. Finally, after getting frustrated with having to come back, I decided to call the store and explain what had been going on. That’s when i was able to get in touch with Laura. We came back in for the final time, and she went above and beyond to make sure the weld was strong. You could tell it was a tedious job, but she didn’t give up and got it done right. She was understanding and empathetic to the fact that these bracelets aren’t cheap, and neither is diesel to keep making the drive back and forth. It means the world when someone puts in just a little bit of extra time and effort to make things right for a customer. You can tell she cares about the work she does and her customers. I am so grateful she was able to take care of us. I will gladly return to this location in the future and i am beyond satisfied & thankful for her service.

I was here twice in the past few months. Once to look for a replacement for an earring I had lost, they didn’t have what I was looking for but gave me several other options to help me continue my search. The second was for my grandma’s 90th birthday gift, because of their input I am much happier with her gift and think she will enjoy it better than my original idea. Absolutely would recommend!

The lady who helped me was super nice and I loved her opinion on the placement of my new piercings. She explained everything so I could understand. She also gave me options when buying. she gave her opinion but still respected what I chose for the earring and cleaning solution.

They do a wonderful job most of all they care about hygiene and sterilization,I was impressed at how quick they were,my wife and daughter got their ears pierced and the price for the earrings were affordable.

If you are wanting to get your ears pierced then this is the place. They made my daughter feel at ease with the process and were able to do both ears at once.
