Bath & Body Works

The sales rep's were very nice and helpful. They helped me move around the store very quickly to maximize my shopping time. I love this store.

I always love coming to Bath & Body Works when they are having their sales. I get perfumes, hand soap, body cream, hand sanitizer, and occasionally candles/wax melts. The staff is always friendly and ready to help and answer any questions.

Clean friendly store helped my daughter pick out Christmas gifts. Very friendly

There was a 60% sale on fall candles and other items. The staff was great and helpful! Love everything I got!

I love Bath and Body Works! They have great bath soaps, gels, body lotions, body sprays, hand soaps, candles, air fresheners for home and car. They have products for men, women and teens. They also offer great coupons and two annual product sales in June and January 50 and 75% off sales! And you can try the products in store!

Bath and body works bringing it everytime. I can not wait till fall season of course for the scents that I love but I love walking through the mall and stopping for the free smells. They have so many things in the store.

The store is well stocked and the staff are super friendly. I was greeted when I walked in, and offered help anytime I needed it.

Oh the clearance sales.... I love the friendly staff and deals on all my favorite scents. It's a wonderful time to stock up

The hospitality at Bath & Body Works continues to be top-notch. When I walk in with my wife she's typically going straight for candles so I play a secondary role but their men's selections continue to get better and better. Whether it be a body wash or a candle designed for a man cave Bath & Body Works is getting better in that area. The selection still are small and sometimes they're out of what I'm looking for but my wife continues to love everything that they offer and the hospitality continues to be great so five stars for this place!

B&B Works never fails me. In fact, I have to admit, I may be addicted, I have been ever since they originally opened. They always have great deals, the prices are reasonable/affordable, and nothing compares to the quality, no retail can compete. Love it!

This location is a breath (hah) of fresh air. I usually go to Bath & Body Works locations with my wife and this one has been the best for us so far. The Manager was extremely helpful and made our time their much nicer. For comparison, the Hershey location at the outlets has never been good and management consistently denied any legitimate, original cardboard coupons we had. Capitol City Mall location has always been amazing.

They have the best selection of bath and body products and fragrances for both men and women and the selection changes with the season. They also have some of the best candles around that burn evenly and also changes with the season.

The staff at this location is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store, and very helpful. They can help you find the perfect fragrance for yourself or for a gift.

I want to give Andrea a shout out!!! I brought in some sprays that were donated to me after my house fire and I was able to exchange one spray. I'm not even mad that I brought in like 9 lol. she was so helpful and caring and very knowledgeable. You rock girl!!!

Every time my girl and I are at the mall we swing by. Always new scents for the seasons and great deals that just can't be beat. A good variety of scents for candles, body was and hand sanitizer

The staff was very helpful,informed and downright kind!The stock was attractively arranged and the shelves were full and maintained.I hadn't shopped in the mall for over a year and it was definitely nice to be greeted and assisted by an actual person!

Wonderful wonderful staff! They ladies know me when they see me, and already know to hand me a basket as I'm walking into the store, as they know I'm going to raid the Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer Pods. It's usually on a month to two month basis, shhhh. Staff is exceptional in recognizing your preferred scents and will suggest similar items. Id also like to note that if they notice your hands are getting full, they will take your basket and hold it behind the counter for you. I just can't say enough about everyone.

Love this brand soooooo much, but the best thing about any of their stores is always the people. The staff in any Bath and Body Works is always polite, helpful, cheerful. This carries over to White Barn, too. If you have a candle passion, this is a place to go. My favorite candles are white barn, yankee, woodwick.

Can't wait for the semi-annual sale!!!

I love Bath & Body Works, especially this location. I hit up their after Christmas sale and got a TON of stuff for only about $35! Their hand soaps are great and scented body oils are to die for.
