Ran in real fast for a quart of paint because we’re trying to surprise the MIL and ran out of paint and literally had a small L area left, well anyway I took in the color didn’t know the brand luckily had pictures of the room so far and the paint was in there so she knew the brand matched it perfectly and had it ready in under 5 mins! The color matches perfectly and dries super fast! The employees I watched play with all the dogs that came through to that was aersome! Great place to go for low prices and they don’t question you if you have a service animal or anxiety pet they just like to say hi! Highly recommend the staff there!

Needed help with carpet and they were quick to help find the carpet I need and schedule me for measurements. Great job! Puppy damage to the stairs.... it was kina funny.

Went to the garden center. Yes - it's early to start looking at plants. Lowes had healthy looking bulb plants, some annuals, lots of flowering trees and some veggie plants. Shirley, the check out clerk, was very pleasant!

Only 2 trips there today to finish my project 🤔 had everything I needed and actually had one register open today. The normal is to be all self checkouts except the contractors checkout.

Every floor person I encountered was very helpful, in fact they were asking me ! Spencer in Appliances is very knowledgeable and easy to converse with.

I had a home project that I needed help with. Taylor (a Sales Associate in Tools & Hardward) was a fantastic help! He took time to answer questions and give good advice and ideas. I appreciated his helpfulness and considerate nature. In these days of (well) most times not-so-great customer service, it was refreshing to have someone so helpful and pleasant to work with. Lowe's is very fun to be in. For some reason this place gives me joy and excitement. Very good place to shop at for supplies and tools!

I love going to lowes but every time I do, I remodel my house in my head and realize how poor I am. 🤣🤣🤣 they have everything you need. From plants and decorations, to windows and washers and dryers. From weedkiller and insect repellent, to wallpaper and power tools. You can find it @ Lowes.

This is a great Lowes to shop at. Always clean and neat. Employees are very helpful and always make me feel valued as a customer. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and even when they don’t know they tell you instead of pretending otherwise. Highly recommend this Lowes over other Lowes stores in the area.

Lowe's is always good except for knowing when out of stock items will be back in the store. I've been looking for a certain kind of water softener salt. I've checked 4 times over the last 2 weeks. They tell me each time that it should be in the next truck and to just keep checking back. Other than that, they're always helpful and have what I need.

Very helpful. Was getting paint and worker helped me decide on color. In and out very quickly

I wanted to make you aware of an employee of yours that is fabulous! My wife, my contractor friend, and I met John Shableski in the flooring department last week in the Mill Hall store. John was very friendly. well-spoken and knowledgeable. Our tile needs were dictated by a government lease and was a bit unusual. John helped us find what we needed on his computer, checked on alternatives, lead time, pricing etc. We needed specs emailed for approval and John's emails were sent before we got to our office and always replied to immediately. Several phone conversations were necessary. He was efficient and super friendly on those calls.
We do not know John or anyone in his family to my knowledge. I just felt someone needed to hear what a super employee your company has in John Shableski.

I've never had a bad experience at Lowe's, but my latest experience was very positive. I had a certain item I was looking for and Lauren from the Garden Shop took me right to it, recommended a certain brand, carried it to the check out counter and then to my car. Great workers there! Thank you!

Great customer service by a gentleman working at the register by the lumber section. Very polite and welcoming. He took initiative to load the cart for my grandfather. Great shopping experience thanks to the gentleman working at terminal 2, store 2229, on 11/19/17, 12:15:41pm. I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves. :)

What can I say bad about my "second home". Friendly team members! Management ensures you are completely satisfied as a customer.

Come at the right time and you will find some amazing discounts (clearance, scratch and dent, discontinued). These deals are first come first serve.

Lowe's still has awesome return policy!
