Great little place to stop for ice cream. My granddaughters love the products here, from the milk and ice cream to the baked goods. I honestly don’t go anywhere else for ice cream. Their selection is huge and haven't had anything I didn’t like. A must try!!

Absolutely incredible!! Only place my family goes for ice cream!! We love their milkshakes, nowhere else compares to the quality. Serving sizes are always generous and yummy. Also the milk is sooo much better then what you can buy at the grocery store! I 100% recommend! I had the chance of meeting the owner and her daughter, fabulous people. So geat to support a small local business!!

My wife and I were driving through Bloomsburg and had a strong craving for ice cream, that led us into Berwick, PA for Milkhouse Creamery. We’ve been there before and its location in Mountain Top, PA. They had a wide variety of flavors to choose from, it took us forever to figure out what we wanted. Long story short, it really hit the spot!

PS: they now make ice cream sheets & cupcakes. As always, the grandkids love their flavored milk.

Run don’t walk! 10/10 ! best place in the area to go for great ice cream, service and quality! Definitely try out the milk as well as milkshakes! Locally owned and operated and makes you feel right at home!

Lots of selections of icecream you've probably not seen before. Also have a collection of cakes and cookies. Prices are a bit higher than other icecream locations but the quality is worth it.

Love their ice cream & also the cakes. I ordered one for Easter. It was amazing. They have a large selection of Milk products. Including butter.

They have a huge variety of yummy ice cream flavors, nicely designed ice cream cakes and many different types of baked goods for the picking. Staff is very helpful as well.

I live in area along time and never knew about this place. It's so nostalgic. I absolutely loved it .Prices aren't bad 2 scoops was like a pint of icecream but yet homeade I think I paid $6 and will again they have a variety of things chocolate milk is delicious. Check it out if you're in berwick .It is also very clean atmosphere employees tonight a young man and lady very nice and polite and bathroom extremely clean .Thank you for an amazing experience and wonderful icecream 🍦

Visited the Millhouse Creamery for the first time last weekend. I had a cookie Sunday to die for. It was so delicious I was disappointed when my dish was empty. Lots of delicious items to purchase. A must try! Even your fur babies will enjoy a special treat.

I live over an hour away from Berwick and even further from Drums. I just happened to stumble upon Milkhouse Creamery Ice Cream at a local shop by me. It is the most amazing Ice Cream we have ever had! The texture is amazing, it’s so creamy! I gave it to family members and they were also in love! To our disappointment the local shop chose to no longer carry their products, but there is no comparison to this ice cream. So, I drove 75 minutes, with a cooler just to stock up on this ice cream! And will continue to do so unless someone local starts carrying their products! This time I got a quart of the chocolate PB for my husband to try and he said it was the best choco pb he’s ever had and almost finished the quart in one night!! Lol I also love the fact that they make everything right there in Drums! Next time we come up we plan to sit down and have some food and coffee in their adorable little cafe!!

It’s the best ice cream in the area! But there’s also baked goods, milk (so many choices of flavored milk too!), cream, and even treats for your dogs!

I love all the Milkhouse products! Staff is always friendly & the ice cream flavors are always super delicious 😋

Adorable place with lots of variety. They have many yummy options here. So many, it was hard to choose. I can't wait to go back to try more goodies!

Great place to enjoy an ice cream but it needs a couple of shade trees so the ice cream doesn’t melt so fast!!! Get on that K T!!

Milkhouse Creamery makes the best vanilla ice cream I have ever tasted. Regularly, I do try their other flavors, but the vanilla is my favorite. I have never left the creamery with just a sundae. They have very good homemade cookies, cakes, fresh butter and even the best buttermilk to bake with!

We absolutely love Milkhouse! Their ice cream is delicious! If they don't have a flavor in the freezer case, they have it available for dipping! The kids love the color change spoons, too.
