My fiancé and I were driving across the state and we got a flat tire. We were trying to change it in the parking lot when Jonathan came out and offered to help. He went above and beyond to help us plug the tire so we were able to make it safely back home. Plus- he taught us how to change the tire so we will know how to do it if we ever need to in the future. We are so grateful for all that he did!

Always been great, but this time Jack went above and beyond changing my battery (replacing a battery that went bad in less than a year, still under warranty from them...replaced with zero hassles and zero charges in about 10 minutes) and then proceeded to perform a full diagnostic on my new battery, starter and alternator... and subsequently informed me my alternator was bad. He recommended a garage, A+ Auto Repair, right down the road on 7th Street to see Matt, the owner. They took me in right away and replaced my alternator in a timely and professional manner. Couldn't be more pleased with everyone today. Thank you!

I stopped in last night for a part they thought was in stock but unfortunately was not.. I then accidentally called the same store(new to the area) and got an amazing employee Jack to help us. After a brutally long phone call we made him go through(our fault) he maintained patience/professionalism; called a sister store and reserved the part we needed. Thank you Jack!

Wow, I wish I could remember names because both gentlemen who helped me were very informative, kind, and honest. The younger man installed my new battery for me...free. love this place.

Great service and super polite and helpful staff

Brought in my daughter's new to her car. Starting trouble, but had a practically new battery, less than two months old. I wanted to test the alternator, but during test they determined battery was in fact bad. Bought and installed better battery. Guess what? Car wouldn't start. Helped me find a loose ground wire which fixed starting issue. Had alternator test performed. It's all good now. Definitely went above and beyond.

Nice, clean and organized store, staff is friendly and nice.

I had purchased brake cables from a Philadelphia store. The listings in the system were incorrect. After installing the cables and not being able to figure out what was wrong, I reverted back to the website. I then realized after some measurements, that one cable was incorrect. After contacting corporate, they corrected the website and had me return the cables to a different location and ordered the correct ones. Now that's customer service!

Ive been having car troubles for the past two days. I was in contact with autozone twice during this process and both times they were very happy to help! Over the phone, a nice woman talked me through some options, and offered me some personal advice. Tonight I went to autozone where two very nice men helped test my battery. They were very pleasant and happy to help even in this cold weather. I told them what had been going on with my car, and they offered me some good knowledge and guidance about what to do. I could tell they really wanted to help me and it was very helpful in stressful times!

Great service. I stopped in today to have my car put on the computer. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and pleasant as he did this and installed new wipers for me. Satisfied customer.

Maggie rocks. After sitting at advance auto for 30 mins. She is able to do what they couldn't in less than 10 minutes. And she was dissatisfied with how my wiper blades fit so instead of leaving them she looked for better ones. This is why I LOVE this place!!!! She deserves a raise.

Love how they don't charge for reading my engine light and is very helpful as well

Absolutely amazing! Had trouble with my check engine light being lite up. I went to a local garage and they wanted to charge $25 for a diagnostic check. I remembered a sign stating free check engine light help. So I went, the guy did the check and also helped with the parts i needed and even showed me where it gets installed and a basic run down of how to do it!! Thank you AutoZone!!
