It's a great mom and pops diner , people are great and the food is awesome.. it's literally our new breakfast spot.

Nice dinner in nescopeck PA opens early for breakfast 🥞🍳 and coffee ☕🌞 I think you can get a chance to talk to your local neighbors and get a new day started 😁

The food was very good. The peanut butter pancakes were amazing and very well priced. The waitress was very friendly and helpful too.

I love the place, the montecristo and chilli soup are my two favorites, fair prices and super friendly staff. #homemaid food is always the best option.

Started going here because my favorite breakfast place closed down suddenly. The food is good and served hot, prepared correctly, and quickly. The coffee is good and the waitresses are quick with refills. Everyone is very friendly which means a lot. It is a little crowded inside. They could use a bigger location or take out maybe one table in the main dining room or replace one with a smaller table.

Good, friendly people. Been going there for years . From Dee to Autumn and now Chrissy, the food is very good, service is excellent. Chrissy makes a great breakfast and lunch, and the desserts, from pies to the awesome brownie sundae Miss Madi made are highly recommended. If you have eaten there, you know why some customers have been there daily For years. If you haven't eaten there, I invite you to try. I recommend the Unicorn highly. See you there.

Great breakfast or dessert place! I love the Unicorn mess for breakfast and the desserts are all home made. We also had the very best roast beef from restaurant with homemade mashed potatoes and corn. This is the first restaurant who I found to serve real roast beef, not sliced lunch meat as a hot roast beef sandwich with gravy that was not salty! Great little gem on main Street Nescopeck.

Definitely will go back very polite , homemade food, service with a smile & conversation. Everything I had when I remember eating at small places many years ago with my grandparents... they called these places a Jem in the rock.

Stopped for breakfast on our way to Ohio from Jersey. What a gem!! Not only was the food delicious (Unicorn mess was amazing, sausage gravy divine, and the kids demolished the chocolate chip pancakes made in the shape of a bear), but there was a nook with a shelf full of toys, blocks, crayons, and coloring books for our kids. A welcome relief for the 5, 3, and 1 year old. Thanks Unicorn for a great rest stop on a long road trip.

Wonderful place! Our first time going there we didnt realise it closed so early at 2pm, and we got there at 2....but the staff didnt turn us away or give us any reason to feel unwelcomed. They didnt even tell us they were closing...they took our order and everything. Very good food. 1 thing i wish to change is that they close at 2pm. My daughter gets out of school at 2 and id like to take her there sometimes after school and i cant :(
Overall, looks outdated but the food speaks for itself!

Ive never left a diner feeling more stuffed. And thats something to take heavily. I ended up ordering their Sauasage Gravy and Biscuits, with a unique twist of 2 eggs on top. As well as homefries on the side. This had to have hands down been. The best. Sausage Gravy I've ever had. The biscuits were a little crumbly and it was a little difficult getting a good amount, and the peppers in the homefries were a little too sweet. But thats just a peculiar taste.

Great place to eat! Delicious food. Friendly service. Fair prices and very clean! Love it!!

Such a nice little diner, never had a bad meal here. They have REAL sweet tea too (home brewed)
