My husband & I needed upgrades for our phones. The staff here were super helpful & easy to work with. The process was quick and painless. Transferred all my stuff from my old phone to new one with no hassle.

Thomas and Antonio or two of the most professional and Courteous sales people I have met in a long time. They not only fixed my phone fixed my broken IP cover and Temp glass and my phone is good as new. I had gone off-line and they took care of it. Immediately. Being a realtor I cannot be without my cell phone. Thank you for hiring such professionals and courteous people. I will Recommend T-Mobile to all my family and friends and fellow realtors.

He made this transition very smooth and was above and beyond professional & courteous, answering all of my questions and helping me find the best fit with everything I needed. I also worked with Marc and Monica who were also fantastic customer care! They work as a great team.

Aaron, who works at the Bloomsburg location, is the absolute best store manager I've ever had with a phone company. He cares about you and how he can get you what you need. Your interests always come first with him, not T-Mobile's. I'll give him my business as long as I can. He's the main reason I enjoy T-Mobile.

I had some questions about my account and Ryan was able to assist me immediately. I was on the phone with the main TMobile customer service line for almost 1.5 hours and they could not help me and kept me on hold until I eventually hung up. FIVE STARS to Ryan from the Bloomsburg Store.
