Huge selection of couches, recliners,mattresses. Reasonably priced. Owners are great, knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy at all like cheaper furniture outlets. Definetly recommend.

My husband and I purchased numerous pieces of furniture throughout the years and just recently purchased and had delivered more. Just bought new dining room table and chairs. Reasonable prices and exceptional customer service! Mr. Gray was very helpful and the store offered more options than other stores in the area. It took me longer to drive to the store than it did to purchase the table!!

Great prices and friendly service 😊 Two buildings absolutely packed with furniture and appliances. We went for a living room set and ended up not only finding a great couch, love seat, and chair, but also got a great price for a king bed, box spring, and frame, as well as pre-ordered a freezer. We didn't quite know what we were looking for with the bed but he helped us find exactly what we wanted!

I went to 4 big name furniture stores. One store had the recliner I wanted but it wasn't the ideal color, and I had to wait 24-26 weeks for delivery (apparently there is a furniture shortage) I stumbled on to Gray's website, saw the recliner I wanted (almost $100 cheaper) and had my chair the very same day! They were professional, friendly, and made my buying experience very pleasant! They worked hard to have furniture on hand....and it shows!!

We have bought furniture at Gray’s on several occasions. They are always friendly and helpful, not to mention patient while I am sitting on every piece of furniture hoping to find the perfect piece. The reason we have gone back is because of the high quality of the furniture. We will continue to return to them when we have future purchases to make.

My handicapped husband's sleeping chair broke late Friday night before the Covid-19 pandemic shut-down occurring Sunday. I really had to scurry on Saturday to find a replacement. Luckily, Gray's had a great selection of lift chairs that were mostly in-stock, and they were willing to get it to me that Saturday. Even though the delivery guys had gotten back late from their other deliveries, they re-opened the warehouse just so they could get the chair to my husband to sleep in that night! And they not only delivered it but also set it up in his room and explained the controls, etc. I am still so grateful and hope to get back in there very soon for my new bed!! Thanks all.
