Owen was extremely patient and professional while helping me today for 90 mins as I upgraded 2 phones and 3 lines on my family plan. He took the time to explain all the changes that would happen, and made suggestions that were helpful. At the end, he was even nice enough to thank me for my patients when in reality, he was helping me the whole time. Overall, he turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a very positive one and I appreciate that.

I had a kind of difficult dilemma with getting a new phone because of outside reasons, but Zach helped me and solved the issues! He was very attentive and very friendly, and continued to help me way past closing time. I appreciated it so much!

I recently purchased a new phone and tablet from this store and found the experience very pleasant! I did not have an appointment, and the friendly manager took my name and told me someone should be able to assist in about 30 minutes, which they did. Owen helped pick out my equipment, took the time to explain the new charges, and even put on my new protective coating. The only issue I see would be a lack of seating if it was busy.

I had a great guy help me with my screen protector this morning. Although there were Verizon issues with my coupon code, he was diligent in helping and then even installed the screen protector for me. Best part? No bubbles! Thank you!

I am not a huge fan of going to the Verizon store for any reason. This experience I expected to be as bad as the others and I could not be more wrong! The sales guy was awesome, helped my dad out and didn't try to pick a smart phone on him. Actually he was straight forward about the better phone (flip phone) and it didn't cost anymore. Even got it for free for the upgrade from 3g to 4g. Thanks Verizon for the exceptional service I was stressed you wouldn't have the phone and try to get us to switch out plan and sell my dad a smart phone I would have to train him on. Highly recommend this store!!!

Lincoln and Tony have helped our group in joining Verzion with the best possible deal and worked through the tedeous task of porting from other carriers to verizon.
The verizon online support system is the worst. They messed up our case. Would have left the service provider if Tony and then Lincoln wouldn't have stepped up to help us out.

Michelle was wonderful. Fast talker slowed down for me. He spent good quality time telling me the deals. I wanted to know. I bought some accessories for my phone I will be getting soon. G21 galaxy. :) Good service, good sales person.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing customer we received from Tony at the Verizon store on Atherton Street. He was very understanding, very well trained, and very personable. He fixed all of the issues we ran into and went above and beyond. So if you are having issues with Verizon stop in to see Tony and I can guarantee if he can not fix it himself He will ensure you have all of the information to get ahold of who you need to to fix your problem. I come in semi-frequently for assistance with several accounts. The store tends to be busy, so sometimes I have to wait. However, every time I have been in there, I have been greeted immediately and put on the list. Everyone has been both helpful and professional at all times. On two occasions, a manager has been called in to help answer some technical questions, and they always did everything they could to help and give suggestions.

I also bought my personal phone from this store, and it was an equally positive experience. I never thought I'd say something positive about Verizon, but the folks at this store are top class. I really don't understand the other reviews on here.

Very nice Employees. Had a nice friendly atmosphere and with the way they approached me personally there were very helpful for my situation. It's kinda a mess one phones not picking up the voice correctly but they finally made it possible to mail me a phone vrs having to send mine in. So the customer service helped me with that issue but I needed a new screen protector for the new galaxy before I even do the content transfer want it to be protected first and foremost. But I was really satisfied with the quality of the product they had for my phone and they put the screen protector on for me vrs me messing with it and making things worse. So I'm thankful for this. I've had a few issues with the licensed retailer stores so thankfully I work near a Actual Verizon Store. Thanks again for the great service and the quality of service you have provided.

Had a issue with the screen protector it stuck up way far need to get a different one and it broke the very next day in my pocket with a lighter it cracked. I called Verizon they said that I can return it. I never got the packaging for the screen protector... But it will all work out.

I came twice with my parents to switch them to smartphones. I am a business college student and we learn a lot about customer service. I was amazed that the service that I received. The first time I came, I worked with Jayme Johnson. She helped us so much and she even switched us to a better plan. The second time we came, we wanted to work with her again due to the excellent service that she provided us. I also talked to another classmate and she told me how Jayme helped her as well. People like need a promotion! Incredible worker! I wish there were more people with this type of service! Hoping Verizon gives Jayme Johnson a reward for her incredible hard work!

I needed at new phone, when the manager Travis told me there were 3 people before me, I was a little frustrated. I decided just relax, read a magazine I brought in and chill. About 15 minutes Travis sat down next to me and got my purchased started. I could of not been MORE PLEASED with the service I received. He took the time to provide me with a really good price and explained everything in words I could understand. He had to leave and Will Howell finished the purchases. Once again a real professional and very helpful and polite! I went away a very happy customer. Kudos to Travis and Will !!!

I generally hate walking into Verizon stores. My last experience however was awesome. There was a minimal wait and the associate (Chis!) was friendly, efficient, and didn't try to upsell me on every bell and whistle in the store. Great experience.

I worked with Jeremy tonight and while we weren't planning on switching to verizon for a few months, he still took the time to give me a great experience. I honestly think that was some of the best customer service I've ever received. He was knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. We did decide to switch to verizon and will be back to work with him. I cannot recommend him ore highly. He was fabulous!

Christopher helped us today and he was wonderful to work with. He was very kind and helped us get the best deal that worked for us. I'll definitely be going back to this Verizon location in the future!

I was able to get a new SIM card for a new phone I acquired. For a change the wait was very short, and as always the staff was very friendly and helpful.
