Harbor Freight Tools

5 stars for the manager at this store(Dave). I bought a router at another store that was missing a part went back to the original store they had none in stock I went to another local one that had one in stocks but would not swap out the part I need it. I called corporate headquarters for Harbor Freight and they told me they don't make parts for this tool I just bought in December. I called The Mill Hall store and manager Dave told me to come in he would take the part from the one he had left and make sure that I got what I was supposed to and made it right . Harbor Freight needs to appreciate managers like Dave and supervisor james not like the ones at my local store that didn't want to help Dave had it right, customer comes first. I drove 90 minutes to get the part, thanks Dave

For delivery drivers. Don't try to drive around the shopping center it's a no go. You'll need to go in the side building where hf is. do a uturn then back up along store up on sidewalk to roll up door. Good luck 🤞

This place is awesome. Coupons they sound out are great. Little things that are actually useful make a good stocking stuffer. Mom is always losing her scissors, got some there. Got a grabbing stick for losing things under and behind the couch. Tons of good stuff.

I like Harbor Freight for the inexpensive tools maybe not something for a career mechanic but the Pittsburgh stuff is guaranteed for life, the only bad thing now is they're getting other brands in which are supposedly higher quality but three to four times the price for a set of sockets for maybe $30 compared to icons for $130. I know they say you get what you pay for, but I'll stick with the $30 ones and just take them back when and if they break it really depends on how hard you are on your tools if you use them the way they're supposed to be used. I never really had anything break yet and I'm, I'm hard on them so I would recommend harbor freight you get a lot more for your money! I bought one of the cheaper 220v welders and a plasma cutter and I can lay down just as good of a weld as the big buck Miller welders. They just don't have tools they have lots of other stuff too even Predator engine's, there is even Predator racing, all at a very decent price.

I was impressed with the store on my initial visit today. The sales rep I dealt with was quite friendly and knew his stuff. The price on the dremel-type tool I was looking for was exceptional. I only need it to do a minor amount of car rust repair and it was about 20% of the cost of one made by Dremel.

They usually have what l'm looking for and there prices are good compared to other stores that have the same thing.

I like the selection of tools here. It is nice to be able to buy something for cheap if you only need it for a few small projects or don't need to use it that often. It is also nice to be able to buy smaller accessory items at a reasonable price.

Great new store. The staff was very helpful and polite. The manager even offered to honor a sale when an item came back in stock that was unavailable at the time I was at the store. Can't wait for then to get regular shipments in for a better stock.

Really like this place we was doing some research on a generator the manager there came and answered all of our questions also help load it in the pouring snow. Since then he has seen us a total of 2 times and rember us by name he is a very nice and helpful manager. Highly recommended

Love going to harbor freight. They always have what I need. I just recently bought a hedge trimmer and weed wacker as well as a blower/vac. They work amazing. I just can't get enough from them.

Great store overall....went in to check on my application an they greeted me with in minutes an asked me questions an said they would get back to me in a couple days...also they are well organized.....i hope to be an employee real soon an be apart of that awesome team

One of my favorite places to shop. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you everytime I visit there. Prices are awesome

Good store for household and some industrial needs. Also has a small automotive section. Staff are helpful and their prices are reasonable.

Another "tool fix" store for the guys...as a crafter for the ladies there are tool bags of many sizes...general items never thought they'd be here..shower chairs..walkers fold up..greenhouse..rain gauges...solar panels...etc.

Cheap prices for decent quality tools, great value. Use coupons for even better deals.

Harbor Freight I've always found my experience has to be very well customer service is very good nine times out of ten the products are worth the value

Good prices on tools. They won't last you forever, but it's a great place to go for a project.
