Great and kind experience. Filled prescription prior to going to lunch so I wouldn’t have to wait an extra hour. Grateful for this experience.

Really a 4.5. I went here to get a styrofoam cooler, ice, and drinks. A little crowded but was alright. Customer service was good.

After a very scary experience with my eyes my coming up the mountain and my inhaler running out they rushed me a new inhaler immediately I have to say this team of pharmacist are the best

SAVE YOURSELF!!!!! Do not use this Pharmacy!!!! 😡 Jennifer should be fired!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Worst customer service ever!!!😡😡 This pharmacy is run by mumbling bumbling idiots!!! We switched to the Idaho Springs pharmacy from the Fraser pharmacy a few years ago due to poor service. We have had basically good service until several months ago when they revamped the pharmacy with all new staff. JENNIFER is rude, disrespectful, belligerent, incompetent, can't speak without mumbling, can't explain anything, can't do her job!!!!! This explains most of the other employees also!!! And she will yell at you and then hang up on you if she doesn't like your tone or you ask for a manager. The manager is also incompetent!!!!! 😡😡This place can't get prescriptions right!!!😡😡 It is a wonder that any of them got through school to be pharmacists or assistants!!!! This pharmacy should just close at this rate before they before they kill someone if they haven't already!!! Please save yourself the stress, anxiety and your sanity and Don't go here!!! 😡😡😡😡 We are switching to Walmart despite the 40 minute drive!

Called several times during business hours and couldnt even leave a message and when i finally reached a person she put me on hold until the on hold service said there was no operator to take my call.

I am not sure why Safeway has hired two teenage girls with attitudes to run the pharmacy. They are slow, rude, eye rolling. I am honestly scared what medicine they are even giving me. I have lived in Idaho Springs and used this pharmacy for 13 years, longer than these teenagers have been alive. I am switching to evergreen even thou it will be inconvenient until these two girls are fired or quit.

Staff is fine but takes way to long to fill a script. Not reliable for emergency situations.
