Super nice, polite people at the receiving department at the 3600 Massie Ct. facility. From the lady at the receiving desk near the kiosk check-in to the forklift driver that came out and verified our seal. We arrived early for our appt. on 12-15-23 @ approx 0815. The lady at the receiving desk said no problem, we will take care of you. I completed the kiosk check-in process and before I got back to my truck, I was already assigned door #17. The forklift operator came out right away to verify the seal, receive our paperwork. He was also super nice and said he will get us unloaded right away and he did! Refreshing to have a professional experience with professional people at a receiver! Keep up the great work! I would definately recommend the company seek out these 2 people and reward them for a job well done! Date, time and door number is included in this review in hopes the company will track down and reward these 2 individuals for doing a professional job!

Fantastic place with friendly folks. The checkin/checkout kiosks are definitely different than normal, but work very well. I was able to checkin the evening before my scheduled appointment with the kiosk. I decided to ask the office if I’d get a door that evening or if I should head to bed. Surprisingly they said I could be loaded that evening! Boy that made my day! I wouldn’t recommend planning on that being a regular occurrence, but it definitely shows they care when they can!

The kiosk to sign in at this time is not functioning, however the Asian woman at the shipping/receiving is OUTSTANDING! She processed 2-3 of us at a time with a smile. My loader, also Asian, he was great too! He came out Locke our my red airline told me he'd have me out in 30 mins and he was true to his word! Thank you both for treating people like people! Gotta luv it when people take pride in their work.

I was scheduled for a 5 A.M. pickup on 05/20/2022. I arrived at 04:30, checked in at the Shipping window with a very pleasant lady who was both professional and friendly. She assigned me a dock and gave me directions on how to get there and even drew a little map on my paperwork. Once I got to my dock I was met by the young man who was going to load my truck. He took my paperwork, loaded me in a very timely manner, and he even gave me time to put in a load lock before we closed and sealed my trailer. Total time was just a little over one hour. I’ve read several negative reviews about this facility, but this was my third time here with no problem. Perhaps a positive attitude and a polite demeanor goes a long way here. Courtesy is after all a two way street. Thank you all with sincerity for a very pleasant loading experience.

Ok, like we all do before or after loaded start looking review place we are going to deliver. Normally it is no to exiting to read I spend 5 hr for pickup or delivery and we are dropping our excitement about trucking business.
I have delivery to this place appointment 8am. Check in 7:45am by 8am I was in the door. Currently 8:15am and I’m half way empty. I greatly appreciate to this place starting from check in office to people in warehouse who work hard!!!
Friends please find few minutes to give 5 star and good review. By the way 8:21am and I’m empty.

10/4/23 had appointment for 4PM but was late due to truck broke down.. came at 6pm and they didn’t say anything gave me door in 10 min and started loading right away and was finished within 30 min.

They have overnight parking. They make you check in at the kiosk but doesn't always work. The ladies at the window are super nice.. Unloading took a couple hours.

First of all when you pull in dock in 45 degree in the parking lot then head to the check in area please carry your phone and license everything is easy and done at the kiosk ,you need to take a photo of the license at the kiosk don’t forget to take it back as I forgot mine, but the staff is really good and they called me when I was at the dock to remind me of it , take about 20 min to get loaded everything takes about an hour check out at kiosk as well you will receive a text to sign the BOL online

Quick in and out.. uou will bot regret if you come here for delivery

They were busy when I arrived at 2:10pm. I parked and let them check if I had an appointment while filling out their cover sheet. They had me wait at the end of the building. Several other trucks came. Then they called me to door 60 to unload cans. I was an open appointment but was in and out in exactly 2 hours so that's not too shabby.

Real nice people working here, driver check-in is at the door by the iron fence when you first come in on the left side there's a big yellow sign. the dock area is nice and big ,Easy to maneuver into the docks, they get you loaded real quick. if you are not assigned the door immediately there's an overflow parking lot at the West end of the building, which can get a little bit tight, but its possble, just take your time and GOAL

I got here 1 hour before my appt. and they assigned a dock door, so I was able to come in. They make you fill out all kinds of papers and have you follow a laundry list of To Do’s but nothing out of ordinary. The driver who stated there is no room here is a complete idiot. I wish all places were this size! Truck entrance is off of Oates St. just before Carlin. There is overflow parking inside, but not in front of the docks, make sure you go where they have designated on other side.

Nice people, in out was simple and fast. Had me there for about 30 mins. Loaded a full load real quick. No need to stop at the office on your way out. Grab your paperwork and be gone!

Fast friendly and professioal. I will go there again. Very busy. Checkin with your license . Or you will be walking all the way back to your truck. Lol. Loaded in 1 hour. Weights perfect and I have a reefer.

I had an appt to pick up scheduled for 1900 today (Friday). I called and was told I could check in early and if they could, they'd try and load me early. Got here at 1530. Loaded by 1630. The only crappy thing is that there isn't any legal parking around here. Aloha

showed up no appointment, got a door. almost loaded now. from entering the building to almost fully loaded, it's been an hour. pretty good in my books

Easy in and easy out. Everyone is friendly. Need to get checked in 1hr. Before delivery appointment due to line waiting to check in.
