This was my first time rolling through the Connected dispensary. I know I've been here back in the 215 days I just don't remember what the name of that dispensary used to be. Definitely a way better vibe now that it is a Connected shop. Mike helped me and was an amazing budtender. I made an order online and he honored their first time discount by letting me add an item to it to hit the threshold. He definitely knew his brands and strains so you'll get an excellent recommendation out of him. First dispensary I've seen them sticker their St. Ides cans on the bottom. It's a small detail, but I noticed and it's greatly appreciated. They are running a solid operation here. Thanks for the bag✌

Rico helped me and was very kind. He was quick to ask questions whenever he wasn’t certain about something I needed or wanted to know about. Prices are always very good here and there’s always specials and deals going on here. Great quality too and many brands are always available here.

Excellent selection! Monthly/weekend sales are unbeatable!! All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You can do your shopping online through their OWN website and have it all ready when you come to pick it up. Usually in and out if you order ahead. Just let the license checker know up front so you can get into the right line😉

Always great and wonderful customer service; recommend parking in the back and maybe even doing an express order. Being one of the best clubs in the city with the most affordable prices this location is sometimes very packed; very worth the wait in line for the service and the product. Definitely recommend this club to all my family and friends. They have a lot of brands and a lot of strains here. Very fresh product with knowledgeable staff. I wish they still had the point system but that’s nothing to complain about compared to the excellent service and wide variety of product. I even had the opportunity to meet the creator of alien lab at this location one day they had a bbq when a new released dropped. I was able to get exactly what I came in for. her service was fast and the experience was extremely wonderful! I always come to connected to get what I need no other club carries the brand of cart that I like only them.The last time I was there I was helped by Ricardo he was very helpful trying to help me find a good flavor because I’m a bit picky lol but he did amazing he had a lot of patience with me and was very polite I always leave with a smile from this place.🙂
