Les Schwab Tire Center

Les Schwab has saved me twice now, once was early in the morning driving to work I blew a tire and the manage came in an hour before they opened allowed me to leave my car w them so I could get to work , another time more recently someone slashed my tires at work and I had called them a minute before closing . (I live all the way in Bakersfield) and they told me to bring it in , they are always so nice and willing to go the extra mile if they can do just that ! I’m grateful for the staff they could have easily turned me away or not answered the phones. They definitely need a raise in itself for their hard work !

Great prices, quick speeds, and great service. I want to shout out the older bald guy (sorry I didn’t catch your name) that assisted me in the parking lot and made me feel welcomed right away. I also want to thank Ruben for being an excellent, knowledgeable, and straight to the point rep. It was like typing into a computer. He knew every answer, every specification, and just knew how to sell.

During last week I had a chance to go to Les Schwab Tire Center, S Jaye St, Porterville, CA couple of times. Once for getting flat tire changed for my wife’s Toyota Corolla Hybrid and the other time for getting engine oil changed for my Ford Edge. I was provided an excellent service both of the times by their technicians even I was a totally new customer at their store. I don’t want to forget the warm welcome and efficient registration of mine by the customer service front desk lady. Thanks a lot all there. All atmosphere inside and outside around there was neat and clean as I walked around the place for sometime. I was astonished to see the level of cleanliness and hygiene in restroom too. I recommend this tire place to all residents of Porterville.

I’ve been there three times and they have consistently been phenomenal. They have a great team and have awesome customer service. Quick, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I have always received fantastic service at our Porterville Les Schwab! I’ve gone to them for tires and other service. Everything has always been done quickly and with complete attention to detail. I know where I’ll be taking my car for my upcoming service.

UPDATE:

A week ago, I went in to have my front suspension checked, as it was acting extremely loose and was quite noisy. Abraham at Porterville Les Schwab diagnosed and performed all the needed repairs (struts, inner and outer tie rod ends, end links) as well as the alignment. Not only was the process convenient and pleasant, but my 2011 Charger drives like a new car again! The front end is quiet and tight, just as it should be. Once again, the people at the Porterville Les Schwab made me glad that I entrusted this work to them.

Super fast, great price, and excellent customer service. They fixed my flat free, gave me credit for my old tires and offer 90 day no interest financing! I got four tires put on during a lunch break and it took less than 30 min.

Update: Just stopped by to check tire pressures, and Ruben, who has helped me before, jumped right on it. Everyone is very nice and professional every time I come here.

Since Monday I have gone to 3 other retail tire centers. One of them told me they had the tires, twice, over the phone. I left my car there for 5 hours for them to call me and tell me they were not in stock. Two other quotes were nearly double the cost compared to what Les Schwab provided me. ALL of them have a tremendous wait time 2-5 hours. This morning I was greeted promptly and out the door in roughly 35 minutes. This place is a hidden gem and I have learned my lesson :) Thanks Guys!

Very good customer service! Had to replace almost all of my brake system which personally sucks, but it was handled very well, and I was even shown what all was going wrong in my car behind the scenes! Never been invited to actually see what they're doing until I came here! Super sick, 10/10 come here.

Always a great place to get help. I know nothing about cars. My tires kept losing air so remembering back in the 90's how great I was treated I chose to take my car into Les Schwab to get my tires checked. After 20 plus years the customer service hasn't changed. I had a wonderful experience. They checked all my tires and filled them with the appropriate amount of air and took the one tire off that had lost air twice to make sure it was ok. They didn't try to sell me anything nor did they charge me for their time. I can say a company that I started using back in the early 90's in another town in northern California that gave me wonderful service and is now 20 plus years later in another town giving me the exact wonderful service says a lot about a company. I would recommend Les Schwab to everyone!!! Thank you for the great customer service!!!

It was fun while waiting for our work to be done on our Chevy truck, I watched the tire technicians as they literally RAN from one bay to the next, and in and out of the shop. I learned that they are trained to do this. Even when leaving the job, they RAN to the lot. Amazing. They did good fast work as well.

Stopped by on my way back to Stockton, CA because I had a nail in tire! So happy I did because my tire was torn up from the inside, due to driving on it while it was flat! They were able to get me a new tire for $100, great deal! Thank you Porterville Les Schaub for getting me back on the road

They were friendly courteous,I went in expecting to pay to get my tire to get fixed but they said it was free of charge I will gladly go back and give them my business. Thanks less Schwab!!

It's always a pleasure to visit this store. This time I needed a new tire pronto, and it was ordered and installed within a day. The staff are polite and friendly. No popcorn this time, due to the coronavirus, but totally understandable. I'll be back!

I came on my lunch, had a small issue. I had a nail/or screw stuck on my tire. I waited at least 40mins but they was able to fix it. Im so thankful, da guys i encounter were friendly and professional...i will definitely come back...

These guys are always helpful. I have been going to them since they opened. They are attentive and knowledgeable.
I go through tires like you wouldn't believe. I have two trucks. A Dodge Ram 3/4 ton and a Chevy 1 ton. I haul a dump trailer, usually loaded around the mountains that are nothing but steep turns and rough terrain all day everyday. So I go through breaks and tires a lot. These guys do both well. Highly recommended!!
