Lowe's Home Improvement

Just like any other home improvement store like the rest of Lowe’s in the USA. This store is located in Porterville, California and it has plenty of parking space. It is along the 198 Highway son it’s very easy to get on and off. A very clean store. The person who helped me at the self checkout was very helpful and patient. This is very helpful especially when buying items that don’t have barcodes such as individual bolts and nuts. These items need to be looked up in their computer. I am glad that this store has my favorite Craftsman Tools. Easy exchange of tools. For those who are looking for inexpensive paint, this Lowes has returned cans of paint that were purchased and returned. Who knows, you might find your color in here. Clean restrooms. Corridors are spacious and clean. I think the quality of their wood is better than other stores I’ve visited. The price on items are a bit higher, however, the quality is better. Best times to go are weekdays not in the mornings or evenings! 😁

Lowe's is my all time favorite hardware store!

For me, a very good store has everything you need and the staff is very good, I must say that there are exceptions but they are good and attentive.

This is a bigger Lowe’s than my home store Lowe’s they still have the back isle which I absolutely love getting those good clearance deals they also had a huge assortment of clearance plants as well in the garden section of the store they have a huge assortment of plants inside and outside the garden section with the biggest amount of fruit trees that I’ve seen at a store around this area yet!!

As soon as my cousin and I walked in, we were greeted. We asked for paint and the lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place for anyone doing home improvement jobs.

Great customer service from ever employee that i encountered. The prices are great and are clearly labeled on the shelf or rack. The store is very clean and well stocked with products. Their website lets you know what is available at your local store. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The staff will go out of way to help and are always close by. They even rent Penske moving trucks until 9 pm daily. A÷÷÷ Thank you for making a customer feel appreciated.

My husband and I went to Lowes yesterday and were super impressed with this store! The first thing we noticed was how neat and organized everything was. We were there less than ten minutes and had four different associates ask if we needed anything. The person who checked us out looked in the ad to see if there were any additional coupons or discounts we could use. So impressed with the level of customer service!

This store has the best people who work there. The associates are easy to find should you have a question or looking for something.
The people here are knowledgable about their product line and if they do not know they will ask someone else. Really good customer service.
They have a lot of products and if they do not have it they can order it. They even help you with your items should you need help putting it in the car.
Can't say enough good things about this place.

Eric took time to help me in the plumbing section even though he had to clock out before doing it on the afternoon of Saturday June 18th. Really nice guy and extremely helpful. He should get a raise!!

Store is clean, well supplied w very knowledgeable staff. They are willing to show you exactly where the item is. I like that they open early, so anyone who works the NOC shift can go straight there & buy necessary things without having to wait till 9-10 AM

Let me tell you!!!!!! Joel from appliances is hands down the mvp!!!!! He was able to get me my replacement dryer quick, at first they said it was 2 months out. So I’m like eh ok I guess. I decided to call and see if we can get it sooner, he told me let me see what I can do. He called me back and and was able to get it to me within a week and not 2 months!!!!!! Well done man!!!! Give him a raise!!!!!!

Great Service, could not find the right spark plug for my lawn mower. So i left and kept shopping, the Garden Dept guy really did some research to find which spark plug i needed for my lawn mower, found me in the parking lot right before i left and told me he had it.

I would like to thank your employee : "DON" in plumbing. He helped me find the exact products that I needed. He even interrupted his own lunch break to help assist me! Congratulations Lowes for hiring an exceptionally courteous and helpful employee!

I'll NEVER go to HOME DEPOT ever again..LOWE'S is the place for customer service, quality, & prices.

My husband and I needed a new washing machine and we went to 3 different places here, and Lowe's was the only place that had all the machines we we're looking at in stock ready to go! And I honestly was very happy about that, after all when you need something now, who wants to wait another week for it to be delivered? Not me. Thank God for Lowe's!

I was held by two friendly Associates who were able to help me with two separate searches. One helped me retrieve a floor rug from the rafters using a Lyft. While the other helped me find right size screws I was looking for. Store was clean staff was helpful

I really like this place. U can find help most of the time. What's really cool is I can take my dog !! It makes it a fun trip..

Everyone needs to see Eric Mata. He helped so much with our purchase with tile. Besides tile he is always called to outer parts of the store. Probably because he is THAT good! Give Eric a raise!
