I recently had the pleasure of visiting Roscoe’s Discount Tire in Porterville, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I pulled up with my trailer and a flat spare tire, and they immediately took care of it. The team was incredibly efficient, fixing the tire right away and getting me back on the road in no time. Their customer service is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Roscoe’s Discount Tire for their exceptional service and dedication to their customers! The best part about this experience is I remember coming here with my grandfather when I was a kid and getting the same service. Customer service is rare these days. You should only use companies that treat you well. And this company has been treating me and my family well for generations.

Service is first come first served, no appointment necessary. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by manager Michael. He was friendly and professional, easily answering my questions about the services available. He was knowledgeable about my vehicle. This shop truly is a bumper to bumper service center for whatever your vehicle needs including a/c, brakes, tires, engine repair & maintenance, etc. Today my truck simply required a tire check-up and Michael did not try to push services that my truck didn't need right now. (Thanks for the help and recommendations this morning!) If you find yourself with some extra time to get that car service done that you've been putting off.. I highly recommend Roscoe Tires!

I walked in to Roscoe’s to get an estimate on getting my car fixed. The staff was extremely friendly. It was diagnosed quickly. I was in and out of there within an hour. I’ve been taking my truck there for years…. Very customer service oriented, and all staff are very professional and friendly. Great service and they are honest.

The employees at Roscoe’s are always kind and friendly. They are ready to help out right away. When we picked up a bolt in our tire they fixed it right away. They are the place to go to in Porterville.

First off, Michael the GM gets me in quickly and prices are always fair. He doesn’t do any work on my vehicles that isn't necessary and I trust he won't try and sell me something I don't need.
Roscoe’s has been honest, efficient, and prompt service always. Great local auto repair shop!! Would highly, highly recommend.

I receive excellent customer service every time I come to Roscoe’s Tires! The staff is friendly and attentive. They have fair and affordable prices for vehicle maintenance and they also work quickly. I will definitely be coming back again for any future maintenance that is needed for my vehicle.

This place is so amazing!! I had gotten my car serviced at a dealership ever since I bought my car and I had not been told about my cabin and engine air filter needing to be replaced. I came to Roscoe Tires today and they recommended replacing them along with getting my car serviced. They were so kind and they sent me pictures to show me how important it is to have them changed. I will continue to get my car serviced here!!

I brought my car in with 6+ codes with other mechanics all saying different issues. I brought it into Roscoes in the last hours of the day before they close and they pulled off a surprising job! They got the issue fixed and I was back on the road within the next hour. The other mechanics that looked at it before hand were wrong of the issue I had. I’ll be a returning customer and glad to be helped by Michael!

Took my baby in for issues she was having and within the first 20 minutes I was there, the workers were able to tell me what the problems were. Great teamwork, friendly, know their stuff, highly skilled and very knowledgeable, Michael and Carlos answered all my questions, made it easy for me afford and had 100% the best customer service I’ve had at any facility in a long time. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else, not even to the Dodge dealer!!!!

Brought my car in for a diagnostic. Staff was so friendly,honest, and well informed about the issues I was having with my car. They did the diagnostic. Started around 9 am. Before 12pm my car was fixed. I am happy with how fast and detailed they were at explaining the process before fixing and again after.Thank you Roscoe's. I will see you again. Gladly I will refer my friends and family to you.

This shop is the best! Great customer service and fair pricing, no price gauging here. Everyone at the shop is friendly and knowledgeable. They won’t do repairs without first explaining the need and options available. I highly recommend Roscoe’s for any tire and maintenance needs. Been coming here for years now and will continue to return.

Hard to beat their prices and they deliver quality work. Fast service. They are really fair and truthful about what issues your vehicle has and don’t try to take advantage of the average customer that doesn’t know much about cars.

This review is long overdue…Jan. 19th.2024 was an emotional day for me and my family. We had just laid a very important family member to rest and after the emotions of a funeral, we discovered we had a flat tire! We called Roscoe’s and were informed they had just closed up shop for the day. It was a Friday evening and they were ready to go home. We explained our situation and we were told “don’t worry, just drive slowly, come here and we will help you”. They waited for us to make our way to them, they were very generous with their time and prices. They were very polite, understanding, compassionate, professional and very respectful. They quickly got us back on the road in no time. To everyone at Roscoe’s Tires, THANK YOU for BLESSING MY FAMILY and for ALL the help you provided us with on an already stressful, grieving and emotional day! Thank you!

New to the area, was looking for a good mechanic. A friend recommended Roscoe's, and my experience with them was great. Needed A/C repair, Mike took the time to explain all the details to me.

They were kind enough to give me a ride home after dropping my car off at the shop. They also picked me up when the work was finished.

A/C is working great, and they also repaired my rattling exhaust.
