I stopped by this morning with a minor problem ( important to me though) with my bed frame and they stepped up and went above and beyond and helped me with no hesitation; thank you, it means a lot to me. Wow Bob and his wife are amazing. So patient, kind and helpful. If you need something and you don't see in the store don't worry Bob has tons and tons of catalogs to help you. If your looking for furniture this is the place to go.

Gray’s Furniture is the best in town. Their selection is big. If they don’t have what your looking for in the store they will order it. I have furnished my house with their furniture. Everything I have bought has been great quality. The owners of the store are beyond helpful and friendly. Porterville is lucky to have a business like them in town.

Personally working in sales it is always important for the salesmen to repeat by customer referrals. My mom and dad have been shopping From Gray's Since the dawn of time lol. John is a great individual to work with. Whenever my first mattress that i bought there gave out on me, he guided me in on a couple other pieces of furniture i needed. I've known the Grey family for just a few years.very courteous and generous people. I wouldn't buy furniture from anywhere else! I read they are more reasonable in prices than most...I didn't know that...but what I do know is that they delivered free, with very personable and capable delivery guys. ( I guess they train them well!) And, on a further note, I've never received a more COMFORTABLE, elegant and classy couch and loveseat set in ALL OF my life...and yes, the price was reasonable!. (Thank you for saving my BACK!) They CARE about PEOPLE!

The best services and cheapest prices in South Tulare County. My wife and I were looking around for a sectional sofa. We went to discount furniture stores like Harliens,Serrano, and Romo Furniture but they didn't have what we were looking for or the price tag was too high. Then we drove by Gray's (we had Taco Bell for lunch) and thought we check it out. To our surprise they had exactly what we wanted for a fraction of the cost other sell it for. They were able to deliver it to our house within 30 mins ... FOR FREE!!! Great customer service by the delivery crew as well. Don't waste your time looking around for the best price, I already did! just hit up Gray's Furniture. I'm glad I did!!!
