Relatively clean, decent location. The driveway is very easy to miss. The best feature of the hotel, in my opinion, was the canal and cute little neighborhoods behind the hotel. Nice to take a relaxing walk through those areas rather than having to walk down McHenry avenue.

Rooms are very nice. Staff is friendly. Its close to everything and they have really good prices. Its not a luxurious resort but if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest and regroup this place is perfect

For the price, you get a very comfortable room, comfortable bed, great AC, and a nice shower. Coffee machine, big mini fridge, big tv. I'll remember this place when I need about room in Modesto.

For the price you can't complain. Owned my a friendly family AND places are kept up well everyday. Service is great.
