I love cycle gear!! I always receive wonderful service and the dudes are really nice and so so helpful. They take the time to explain all the differences between items to help you better decide. It's my #1 bike shop in modesto!! As you can see I definitely needed new gloves!

Got my first helmet yesterday and it’s great it’s comfortable as heck and it also came with another visor which is pretty dope too. Also found out if you have LED or any black lighting it’ll glow too!

The great quality of helmet inventory offerings plus competitive pricing was a No Brainer decision to upgrade my current helmet, with a new bike coming any day now. This Shoei is an awesome fit, and the store staff was great in their assistance. I’ll be back for more savings soon!

I needed only 1 thing, at opening time, multi tasking employee (a++++) got me out the door in a minute while still helping another customer.

This store is great coz of their crew very friendly staffs and willing to help you and give you advise on whatever you might need motorcycle related of course. Thank you Modesto Cycle gear i was able to accomplish my tire repair on my own.

Great service went in 20 minutes before closing and they were very polite. My buddy bought a helmet and we bought cardos. Guy still installed both of them and showed us how to use them. Great service will definitely be coming back for their bike meets

The guy was very friendly and he suggested on what gloves to by for winter and for summer especially as a first time rider. Feel bad for not remembering his name. But definitely will come back for more gear.

I was looking for a modular helmet for work. I spoke with store Manager David. He was very informative, took his time with me and made suggestions to my needs and safety was a key factor. Davids customer service was outstanding. Besides purchasing the modular helmet I was so impressed with David and his staff, I also purchased a membership.

Amazing service. Have not one bad thing to say bout my experiences with the employees. Everyone is very helpful.

5/24-2024 update - I purchased another tire with mount and balance service. Bo (I think was his name) helped me extensively on the phone and made sure the tire I had was in stock. David went out of his way to understand my request in the store. Thank you all!!

Each time I have visited this Cycle Gear, the staff impress me. They are helpful and friendly. Great selection of tires and the two times I’ve had them mounted and balanced, it worked out perfectly. David runs this place well. Thank you and look forward to my next stop. Also enjoy their bike nights which include some munchies and little giveaways.

Excellent customer service, great selection. Both David and Joey were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were able to help me determine the correct sizing for my new helmet and jacket.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Personable. Great selection of rider apparel. Lacking in footwear selection on-site. However offered to order any product & ship it to my front door in 7 days. 2pairs of chaps and 1 pair of all weather pants for just under 600. We couldn't do that at the local Harley Davidson dealership. We tried prior to visiting Cycle Gear. I recommend skipping HD & heading straight to Cycle Gear. You'll not be disappointed.

The manager and the staff did a great job of helping me, select the correct helmet and the correct size. He also transferred over my Bluetooth headset.

I had 2 rims I bought that needed tires. Dropped them off at the store around 12pm. Asked if there was a chance I could get them back by the end of the day. He informed me that it’s usually a 24hr wait depending on the amount of customers. I agreed and said I would pick them up the next day.
He in fact got them together and called me Twice to let me know they were done about an hour before the store closed.

After researching helmets on line with Cycle Gear, I went to the store to check fit. Found the helmet I was looking for was a better price in store, had Randy order the helmet and ship it to my home.

I bought leather chaps. 6weeks later a snap popped off. I brought them back to be repaired. They would not repair them. They replaced them with a new pair. No questions asked. Awesome employees at Cycle Gear Modesto California
