We found enough curtain panels of the same fabric and length to dress one of the rooms in our new house! Shopping for curtains has not been easy regarding finding enough matching panels.

Went in for a cutting board and came out with 255 dollars worth of great quality stuff for the house. Love the variety of household goods and the cashier was super friendly and helpful, she tried her best to get us a great deal and discounts on our stuff.

All the employees are super attentive. Travis was really kind and helpful. I was shopping for a wedding gift using the couple's registry, and the store didnt have the particular color in stock for the item. Travis told me that I could order it and have it shipped to the couple for free. When it came time to check out I realized I forgot my card at home. Travis was really kind and patient as I drove home to get my card number and let me call over the phone to finish processing the payment. I'm very grateful for the great experience!

I went in store for an exchange, I ordered an item online and received the wrong thing. I was assisted by Tony, Michael, and Page, they were all very kind and helpful. Absolutely positive experience, thank you, will definitely continue shopping at the Vacaville store.

Fantastic staff super helpful and knowledgeable of store products. Vey well stocked with a huge variety of like products. Bought bath towels today at a great discount price and a vanity mirror with music adaptor as a gift. Super happy with purchase. Will be back again!

I don't usually take the time to review a retailer; I had a great above and beyond service today. Ammar(could be misspelled) was helping us. He asked if we found everything we needed and we couldn't find a clock that was on display. He offered to have it shipped to our house for no additional cost and even gave us 20% off for it not being in stock. He walked up a ladder to really ensure all the item codes matched up. He was fast efficient and really helpful. I hope he sees this. Superior service!

I had ordered something from them on line and it was broken when I received it. Person waiting on me at the store was awesome. There was no problems and everything went smoothly getting my refund for it. Also, it just so happened you had my decaf coffee on sale which I was in need of very badly. Was able to return my item buy my coffee and was smooth sailing for the whole transactions. I do really like Vacaville Bed Bath & Beyond

🙂 I love this store it has a very good variety of items. They also have a section of items that was advertised on TV. You actually get to hold and look at these items instead of ordering from TV. The staff is very courteous and helpful, knowledgeable about products that are available in the store. Store is very clean and cluttered free, also has air conditioning. That helps with keeping customers nice and cool. 🤗 Very Happy to have a store like this in Vacaville. 😃 Keep up the very good work

I’m not sure their names but I’ve dealt with two separate male managers at this location and both were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Happy employees = happy customers.
