SKECHERS Factory Outlet

My husband and I recently visited the Factory Stores in Vacaville in search for pickleball shoes for both of us. We went to several of the shoe stores in the outlets and we were surprised and disappointed at the lack of knowledge and eagerness to help displayed by the sales folks.

Ready to call it a day and go home empty-handed, my husband suggested we check out Skechers. We were greeted by Andrew, who proceeded to show us where to find the apparently much-elusive pickleball shoes. We spent quite a bit of time at the store as my husband was also looking for regular shoes. We called on Andrew a number of times to help bring shoes up from the higher shelves or to check the inventory to see if they had the shoes in my husband's difficult-to-find shoe size and he never once displayed other than a professional, cheerful attitude.

My concept of Skechers has changed completely based on my interaction with Andrew. Amazing what a difference one person can make! Thanks so much, Andrew. Keep it up.

I had one of the best experiences at the Vacaville Skechers. I had the pleasure of being helped by LIZ. She greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance. They didn't have my size at this store, so she worked her magic, found them for me, and was able to ship them. Liz was very welcoming and overall genuine in helping out the customer. Fabulous customer service!

First off shoes are shoes. And a sale is a sale. But what gets these 5 stars is the employee I had in front of me checking out. Edgar! Your the reason I'll come back. I belive you are a a manager if not you should be . I'm not going into detail but thank you for Magical holiday spirt and I hope to see you again in the store to say thank you again .

I shopped today for slip on shoes. A wonderful clerk saw me having difficulty standing. She seated me and began to present shoes for me to choose. Today was a wonderful sale and I benefited delightfully.

Never been to an Outlet store before. A little overwhelmed by all the shoes, but very clean easy access to the shoes and friendly stuff. Great prices.

The sales associate name Sara is awesome i went in to get some shoes and my $20 reward didnt work but she seen it on my phone...she is very patient with me...she made it work...we need more people like her..

Good selection of styles and SIZES. I had been looking for a certain shoe in my size FOREVER. I know you can have it shipped but I want to try it on and k ow it fits before I buy. Friendly, helpful sales people 😁👍

Always end up getting 2 pair of shoes, because of the sales they have. Plus I can use my reward points to get even lower pricing. Plus my shoes seem to last longer.

I was in need of new shoes. I have worn Skechers before and very comfortable.. Of course depends on the style of shoe and getting correct size..that's a problem for me. Size! Width! I was in that about 3hrs...The service was outstanding. I felt like I was a queen being helped...I endedcoming out with 4 pairs of shoes...I was a happy lady.The OutletStore are little confusing for me sometimes ..I will begoingback to Skechers...I mark where it is at....great variety. Men, Woman and kids.

Shouldn't have stepped in, me and my friends had to carry 6 boxes of shoes back ! Be sure to get your saving passport from the administrations at the outlet for an extra 10% off.

They are all so nice. I love Skechers shoes.
