I always find good deals and better choices at this track compared to other racks

I stopped after work to pick up an on-line order and was greeted by Oscar. He was so pleasant and friendly as he opened my package to confirm the contents. My purchases were gifts for others and I quickly determined they would not work. Oscar insisted I join him in the check out line stating it would not be fair to expect me to wait in line again. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He created ANOTHER amazing Nordstrom Rack customer service experience! THANK YOU OSCAR!

I cannot come here without adult supervision! I absolutely LOVE to shop the amazing deals that I see are on the “Nordstrom Rack” app - as many of those things on sale on the app are on sale IN store. It’s also the best place to find an amazing outfit- I’ve found two dresses here for weddings and dates; several pairs of shoes here that I absolutely love, too many shirts and some of my very favorite Hudson Jeans here (my god, you have to dig for bootcut!)

Got some perfume that was on sale. I love this plaza, it has so many great stores in Walking distance.

Friendly staff greeted us at the door. The kind associate made my checkout quick and easy. She was friendly and kind to myself and my littles. The store is clean and organized with a variety of well priced items from women's and men's wear to children's toys.

Thursday June 8th, at approximately 5pm I entered the Vacaville Nordstrom Rack. The reason for my visit today was to make an in-store return from an online purchase. I stood in line for no longer than 30 secs before I was asked to come to the register by Monica B. at which time she apologized for my wait (30 secs) and genuinely asked me how I was doing today and how my day was going. Monica B. quickly navigated me through my return process. Most importantly she went above and beyond by helping me with a matter that she was not obligated to do. It is SO REFRESHING to recieve exceptional customer service these days. She deserves acknowledgment and needs to be appreciated as the asset she is to your company. I will be back simply because I was treated so well today. Thank you Monica B. You made my day! (P.S. I was not able to leave feed back from the card with the QR Code because it required store and register numbers that I did not have.) So I hope you see this!!

Great deals with huge selection!

Went in half an hour before it closed while I was in the queue for a sushi buffet in the same plaza. Employees were very polite towards customers and assisted me in finding the item I was looking for. Appreciate it!

I was excited to have received my Nordstrom credit card on July 1.

He made sure that it got wrung up on sales price and was amazed on the Deals for my name brand shoes, all 10 pairs for $300!!

One of the best clothing stores in the US, I wish we had one in Western New York Rochester area.

I came here to buy my mother a pair of dansko clogs. As soon as I walked in the store I just was so amazed at how many things I liked myself. I really don't like shopping personally, but this store had so many cute dresses and shoes. Well, they had a lot of cute clothes for women. all of the employees that I came into contact with asked me if I needed help which is really nice and the prices are really affordable compared to the regular Nordstrom store. I will definitely be back!

I come here for the outstanding shoe selection. I'm no fashionista, but there are absolutely unique styles to be found by those willing to search. On a more mundane note, I've also found top quality running shoes at a huge discount.... not to mention cute and soft pajamas and nice t-shirts. I'm fortunate enough to wear size 9.5 or 10 in shoes, but there looks to be a great selection of size 11 and up too. The pièce de resistance? The sales staff is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and just plain NICE. More than once I've gotten a tip at checkout that saved me $ (applying for a card, getting the app), but they are unfailingly pleasant, never annoying. I'm a regular on my frequent trips to San Jose. Keep up the good work, please!

My wife's new favorite store.

There was an issue with my wife’s previous credit card purchase and the $40 promo that was promised. She almost went home totally disappointed. But when we reapproached the cashier to suggest a solution, the manager, Collin, came forward and gave us a gift card in place of the promo along with an apology. We did not have to argue at all. We got the item and walked out totally satisfied. Thanks, Collin!
