We have been a UPS Store customer for over 8 years and relocated our mailbox to this location when we moved here almost 3 years ago. This location has the most efficient, hardest working, and friendliest team I've encountered at a UPS store. They are continually working on ways to improve customer service and efficiency and always have a positive upbeat attitude.

Having a box at the UPS store also is very convenient and gives me piece of mind that all of my personal and business deliveries will be safe and I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen if I'm not around to receive them.

As a business owner, I ship packages regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the staff, and quality of service at this UPS store. They are always very courteous. I love that they have implemented new self-serve kiosks to help keep the lines moving. As someone who has multiple packages with my labels ready to go, it is a huge time savor for me, and keeps me from holding up the line for customers who need the personalized assistance. I appreciate all the effort this family-run business has put into serving customers in Vacaville! I much prefer dropping all my packages at this store and avoid going to the post office as often as possible!

We absolutely love this UPS. We live in Dixon and will drive to this anytime to take care of our shipping needs. On a busy day they hustle to keep people moving but what stands out most is there exceptional customer service. They are so nice EVERY single time. I haven’t gone hear once and not left without a smile. We will continue to come back for all our shipping needs.

I've been using this store for years, and they're always perfect. It's family owned/operated by "Dan," his wife, and adult offspring. They are super efficient, friendly, and professional. I recently had to ship a large, heavy, high-end, extremely fragile, professional video projector sold on eBay; for a very small fee, they provided the box/packing material, and boxed it up and shipped it for me. The eBay buyer was thrilled. He even commented on my eBay profile that "the packaging was beautiful." As good as it gets.

The staff at this UPS Store is AMAZING!! From notary to shipping to Amazon returns they are fast efficient and nice! They were closing when I walked up and they welcomed me in with smiles! I am so appreciative to this staff!!

BY FAR the best UPS store in all of Northern California! The owner and the team are extremely nice, clean, organized, and efficient. They truly care about your time and the items that you trust them to ship out.

The staff here is just fantastic. They are efficient, very friendly, and professional.

I ran out of tape at home and offered to buy some, but they had no problem taping up my package for me. I know that seems trivial, but it was a small detail that really was important to me.

This store is exceptional efficient. All employees are professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant. Even when store is busy all people entering are greeted.

I have never been to a postal service place with such happy workers. Whenever I have a Amazon return or any kind of postal needs I would prefer to come here even when there's a line because the workers always greet you with a smile. They are happy to help you process your mailing needs.

I was so impressed by the efficiency of the staff here. I came in to return an Amazon item, send three large packages, AND get a passport photo. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They were super friendly, helpful and fast without making me feel rushed and stressed out. I’ll be using this UPS store again!

I'm not really one to give reviews of stores. But I am before I even leave the UPS store parking lot. They were super efficient, kind, patient, and quick. When I arrived there was 4 or 5 people in line, but before I could blink I was being helped. They allowed me to package my own parcel and supplied everything I needed before I knew I needed it! I was getting uinely impressed but how they handled new customer and finished there tasks.

Everyone at this UPS Store is so professional, friendly, and accommodating. When I first moved to the Vacaville area a few weeks ago, I called this UPS Store Nha Dang answered the phone. He was so professional and super kind and friendly. He is the MAIN REASON I chose this UPS Store to get a mail box and to have all my packages delivered there. The entire staff from the moment I walk in until I leave the store provides outstanding customer service. I look forward to many years of service at this UPS Store.

This property here has the most kindness and friendly staff.years ago I was visiting Vacaville city and I needed some
Important documents email the staff took care of me in minutes but the costumer services was excellent and that UPS stood out from any other property. Later Years in 2019 my family moved to vacaville and immediately when I walk into that ups remember the same staff that help me and still that outstanding costumer services the faces of that property and services I wish we had in other business they ROCK and very fast and knowledgeable I will continue to service that store. The staff is absolutely amazing! Always helping multiple customers to get us out faster. I’ve moved my business over from the US Post Office and haven’t had any issues. 100% recommend this UPS location!!

I've worked at UPS a few years ago and I'll say, this business over here, does a heck of a lot better customer service than mines ever did!! I came in to do a simple shipping job and while there was two people working currently, they got the job done, fast and with amazing service even though they got really busy suddenly. Holidays are here, I wish you guys the best. But I 100% recommend this one to anyone who's looking to shipping for holidays or shipping in general. You guys rock!!
