Fleet Feet Vacaville

I have been having trouble finding shoes that are comfortable. I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted and helped. I got to do the foot scan and try on multiple pairs of shoes. I also did not have to tie them myself. They help you every step of the way and are kind and dialed in on helping you get what you need. I have already told people they need to go there if they haven’t! I went in worried they would not have my size and I left feeling so much joy and I am hopeful for the future when I have to buy shoes. I love my new shoes and inserts :)

Had an amazing experience! I am taking a trip to Japan later this year and wanted to find a good pair of walking shoes. I wasn’t sure where to start as there are so many reviews online on what type of shoes to wear. We decided to come into Fleet Feet based on all of the positive reviews. They were not wrong! Carol provided amazing service and her knowledge was far beyond what you can get from reading online. I highly recommend coming here for their outstanding customer service and quality of merchandise!!

I had never been to Fleet Feet before because I had viewed it as "an expensive store". Well, friends kept telling me how great it was, and as I am planning a long trek, I decided to check it out - and I got what I paid for. After I bought my shoes, I searched the internet, and could not find anything of the same quality for any less. I had a wonderful experience and feel like I got the best, best shoes for my feet! Highly recommend for all your running needs! Joseph was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and never overbearing. His passion showed from the second we walked in and we felt right at home. He got us the perfect shoes for our feet construction and running styles and was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was a bit busy when I went in so I waited for a bit to be helped but was acknowledged by multiple members that they’d be helping me when they were done. The person that helped me was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She listened to my wants and figured out my needs and didn’t push me to buy the most expensive shoe but the shoe that fit me best and worked for what I needed them for. None of the products were priced higher than the online prices you might find. The fitting experience was top notch.

Joey was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me into the right running shoes. He took his time to explain to me every aspect of my scan, and took into consideration my love for barefoot shoes while picking out my perfect pair. I will come back for more shoes and recommend this shop (Joey specifically ) to all my friends!

About a week ago I came here after work with my feet in excruciating pain from wearing cheap pair of shoes to work after being on disability for almost half a year. An employee named Scott could see my pain and did everything in his power to help me out and find me the perfect shoes. They have an amazing selection and big sizes. I wear a 14 wide and they had a couple of pairs to choose from, which is rare. I recommend this store 1000%. Thank you Scott.

The experience I had here the other day was exceptional. I went in having an idea of what I wanted in terms of brand of shoe, but was open to others. Joey took the time to do the whole foot measurement, explained everything to me, and made several recommendations based on my personal needs and preferences. The level of service is something I've not experienced in a long time, and it really made the whole "chore" of choosing a new shoe so much better. Everyone I interacted with there cares and wants you to leave happy. I certainly can attest to that.

Just now left the store but I was so pleased with my experience I had to share. I broke my foot over 2 months ago and am finally transitioning into wearing shoes. I was recommended to fleet feet and it did not disappoint. Joey greeted me and took care of all my needs with the utmost attention to detail. The technology used to gather the measurements needed to make an informed decision on what I was looking for was top-notch! However, it was the direct help and dialouge from Ron at the Vacaville location that really sold me on all my purchases. Ron’s knowledge, ability to answer my questions in ways I understood (even though I’m a novice runner), and his general welcomness and demeanor made the experience helpful and worthwhile. Thanks again Ron and Fleet Feet Vacaville! Will be reutrning when I need shorts/socks/more shoes or any of the above!

I could barely walk when I arrived at their store but Sean was very helpful and Knowledgeable. I limped in thinking I would just buy inserts and leave but I'm glad I let them help me. My foot already feels way better.

I received a gift card two years ago and was always a little intimidated to go into the store since I'm no longer in shape or athletic. Recently I called and they said to come in since they weren't busy. I was helped by Sarah and she was AMAZING! I was super impressed with the technology used to size and determine about how I step, my arch height, etc. I had spinal cord surgery in 2020 causing me to lose some feeling in my right foot, paired with feet that grew during both of my pregnancies. So, I've been kind of guessing on shoes the last few years. Sarah told me a lot about my feet and we tried 3 different styles of shoes. Knee pain I'd been having was significantly decreased as soon as I started walking in the shoes. I ended up with a pair of Hoka's, but I will probably end up purchasing one of the other pairs we tried as well. Extremely pleased with my experience with both the product and customer service. Have already told a few friends and family they should go and get fitted correctly.

They really know their stuff. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Both my wife and I got new shoes and they made a huge difference right away. We will definitely be back

Joey is the reason why I would send everyone I know to Fleet Feet 🙂. I was very impressed on the time he took to help my daughter find the right spikes and trainers for her track season this year. He was very knowledgeable and patient allowing her to make the right decision.

Fleet Feet Vacaville gives top notch customer service. My wife and I came in and Carol(owner of this store) was helping my wife get fitted for new shoes and Carol explained in detail why my wife should get the size shoe that was 1 whole size bigger than her regular pair. We ended up purchasing new shoes and socks for my wife that day. I will definitely go back there.

After shopping in other running stores, I walked in a couple weeks ago skeptical I would find a shoe that fit my difficult foot. Sarah figured out my issues instantly and within minutes I had a comfortable shoe that fit perfectly. Super impressed with her knowledge about feet, shoes, and my athletic needs.
