We have relied on his expertise several times over the last 10 years from assisting us when we first purchased our home contingent on selling another, and during refinancing years later. What a great experience! my loan officer Drew assisted with me with my original loan for my first home and then also my refi. He did an amazing job! I had reached out to him sometime back for refinancing but market and rates were not great and beneficial in my case. Drew asked me to not do it even though it would have been beneficial for him as sales manger :)

Our experience with o2 Mortgage was by far the fastest, smoothest experience I've ever had. The team was easy to work with and responsive. Every option and step was described in detail. I was never left wondering where we were in the process. And the rate we got was outstanding.

Drew does a fantastic job of making sure you understand all the aspects of financing - we worked with him for our first home purchase and again when we refinanced. He’s honest, reliable and a ton of fun to work with.

I was referred to Dave Setti, the branch manager by my accountant who said that doing this re-finance transaction would be a piece of cake with everything going smoothly without any interruptions or difficulties along the way, & they were 100% correct. Right from the very beginning, Dave was able to figure out my new payment for my monthly loan amount as well as my new Homeowner's and Property Taxes payments almost to the penny, & this was during our second phone conversation. He was right on the money. Everything was virtual throughout. I was also lucky to work with Ashlynne Gallo at the beginning where she helped me gather all the necessary documents I would need. After that, Jessica Jackson, Senior Production Manager has been my guide through the appraisal, the notary, & signing my final papers. I have worked with a few mortgage companies and o2 Mortgage is the best there is.

They are always on top of things and are able to resolve issues quickly and decisively. They also anticipate issues (as opposed to reacting to them as they come up) and are ready to address practically everything.

Their communication is clear and to-the-point, too. At any point of the process you know where things are and what else needs to happen and will be happening.

In short, if you need any help with mortgage, don't even think twice - just give them a call. You'd be happy you did.

It was July 2016 and my wife and I had already spent several months cautiously considering purchasing a house. We went through a couple of realtors and lenders initially but were no more or less confident for all that. The lenders were either too discouraging with regard to our purchasing power and proposed budget of a home or they were too aggressive - telling us that we could more than afford the price range we were looking at. After a bit of bouncing around, we decided to give up for a bit. We thought it would be in our best interests to save up more before we ventured out home hunting again. Of course, that is never a great idea because interest rates kept rising as did home prices, so we ran the risk of being stuck in a limbo where our savings would never catch up.

For all that, we continued to browse around online for both pre-owned homes and new constructions. As such, we came across a new construction whose preferred lender was O2 Mortgage. I am always cautious about lenders and builders, so I looked up the lender online on Yelp and the reviews did not disappoint. One thing that stuck out in all reviews was that O2 and its people went out of their way to assess a buyer's purchasing power and make a calculated, objective suggestion on the buyer's capacity. That was exactly what my wife and I got with Drew Frampton. Drew was kind, professional, and boy, was he detailed.

He mocked up exactly what our true purchasing power was, conservatively factoring in the tax breaks and home equity benefits. After all that, we came up with a range of not what our savings and income were capable of BUYING, but what we were capable of comfortably SUSTAINING after the purchase. It was sound advice. Our purchasing power was not as terrible as some lenders made it out to be nor did we think we should stretch ourselves beyond a certain limit, as some lenders and friends encouraged us to.

It has been more than a year and we only just got our house but through this time, Drew continued to stay in touch with us. With his help and our reading of interest rates and the estimated close of escrow, Drew got us the fairest deal possible with our locked rate, PMI, etc. He was wonderful enough to even absorb some of the buyer's costs to make all of this happen. Drew and his team worked resourcefully to close and fund the loan in the timeliest manner when everything was finally ready. Furthermore, Drew never turned down a chance to go beyond his duties to help and offer friendly guidance with other things too. I have often pestered him with questions that, in all fairness, were beyond the scope of his services but not once did he decline, though he was well within his rights to do so. He offered what he could, with the caveat and disclaimer that he was not certified to offer the advice on that front but would do so anyway, as a friend. And he did just that, taking time out of his already busy days, several times.

O2 Mortgage humanized the relationship between lender and borrower. Drew Frampton may be my loan officer but I can also say that he has been a good friend and guide. I am happy we worked with O2. I am happy we continue to work with O2.

Just completed a refi--my 3rd time working with Dave and the team at 02. Unbelievably easy. My rate was locked within 2 hours of the first phone call, and the loan funded within 2 weeks.
