Great stay for our first time in Morro Bay. Ann and her family have a classic beachside motel that was very clean, comfy, well-kept and visually appealing. The room wasn't 'modern' yet had everything we needed... coffeemaker, fridge, decent bed, luxe towels and a nice bathroom with a fully-tiled shower. The sailing-themed wall mural was retro-cool, and the nicely-finished open-beam ceiling was a plus. Ann was so nice and fun to interact with, even while she was working hard cleaning the rooms and getting them ready for the arriving guests. Her work ethic and family pride are evident, and we'll stay here again for sure. Thanks, Ann!!!

We were delighted to find this Gem in Morro Bay. The owners were amazing and and take a great deal of pride in their hotel. so refreshing to have such a comfortable place to stay! We can’t wait to come back.

This is a delightful family owned motel. Great rates, VERY clean, and wonderful people. The decor fits the room of a vintage motel. Everything you need. Bring your quarters for a magic fingers massage.

Clean, quaint and the best location and price. The lady at the front desk is so sweet and accommodating. Price is sooo reasonable.

Not ultra modern or mainstream , but homey, comfortable and well-maintained. Loved the room - everything you need for a stress-free stay. Eating, marina, shops - all walking distance. Highly recommend!

My second stay! Love this adorable place. The bed is super comfy with wonderful pillows & bedding. Ceiling has wood boards which gives the rooms an enchanting cottage feel. Decorated with lace and doilies for a nice feminine decor. Shower is tiled for a nice upgrade. The owner is lovely and truly keeps the rooms clean.

For the price I couldn't believe how clean and nice it was prefect spot not loud at all prefect veiw of the rock!! Service was friendly. Just a short walk to get food or the beach . Felt very safe there and for your vehicle also

Travel solo and stayed here for two nights. The location was perfect. Could walk pretty much anywhere in town. The parking lot and free parking was great and I felt safe leaving my car there. The rooms were the perfect size with a refrigerator and microwave. The place was very clean, cleaner than some big chain hotel rooms I have been in. Staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

1940's charm with modern upgrades, and a family owned motel. This hotel has so much character and the owners go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. They have owned the place for 40 years

Great Inn! Called the day of to ask about a late check in and they were very accommodating. The room also had a microwave and a mini fridge. Great location as well

AMAZING stay!! 10/10 would stay here again! Great price! A/C in every room! Our room had upgraded wood floors and our friends' had a nice, clean carpets floor (I believe renovation is in progress). The star of our stay was the lady that runs it! I spoke to her on the phone the day before we checked in; and she was so nice! Even though we opted to not have then down service, she came over when she saw our door open to see if we needed towels or anything at all! She was also available all the time to answer questions we had. Lastly, this place was CLEAN! I was impressed! You won't regret staying here!!

Our second stay. Great little motel close to everything in Morro Bay. Spotless modern rooms with vaulted ceiling. The on site owners keep the place in great shape.

Great location and walking distance to the beach and market place. Quiet and cozy room with everything you need: refrigerator and microwave. Clean, very comfortable beds. We had outstanding service from the proprietor, Ann.

Very nice place to stay. We will return. The room was very clean, attractive, and quaint. There was a small refrigerator, coffee machine and kitchenette area. The bed was comfortable and the owners were sweet friendly people. When the owner saw us in the morning she quickly approached and asked if we needed coffee, towels, or anything. Great service that you just don't see that often. Top shelf experience.

Such a lovely place to stay! Very clean. The owner was incredibly friendly and sweet. The awesome display of beautiful succulents was a bonus as well (I wish I'd thought to take pictures of them). We will come back!

Great value for the money. Small but charming rooms. Small business owners have been there 36 years. Owner made it a point to say hello to us before she left and she was cleaning the rooms! I'd definitely stay again if in town.

Our new favorite place to stay! Even though this place has a small parking lot and less than probably 30 rooms, it is a wonderful place to stay. The people here are very kind, the location and price are great and the rooms themselves are lovely. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed and pillows were and at how clean and nice the room was especially since AAA only gives it a few stars. This place is a 10 in our opinion! Be sure to book in advance, most places in Morro Bay are full in the summer.

This was so nice for the price and in a great location! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was old-timey and cute. It is only a couple of minutes walk from downtown and the embarcadero. The owners were very nice and held onto our food which we left in the fridge for us.
