Pacific Shores Inn

Centrally located in Morro Bay, this newly remodeled Inn was a great choice for an overnight stay. Just minutes from all the action in downtown and waterfront yet very peaceful and quaint. Clean and spacious room. Room has a Mitsubishi Mr slim air conditioning system which is much quieter and more preferred than a window or hotel style unit. I would book this hotel again and stay for multiple nights.

I was having major issues booking a hotel/motel/inn in the Morro Bay area due to my age, as I am eighteen. I called every single place in the area, and this was the only one that would take me. That being said, I am so glad to have been there. Stellar location with just a short walk to all the shops and the pier, kind staff who made conversation with my friend and I, and comfy rooms that were super clean. It's also extremely affordable for a budget trip- Mt stay being about 110 a night. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Great location. No elevator for the second floor. Room I got had a lot of space but it looked like the renovation wasn’t completed. Bathroom was good but tiny.
Overall everything was pretty food, except the mattresses. Mattresses were very uncomfortable as they are very-very soft. Please, make the mattresses more comfortable!

My husband and our wedding party stayed here and the 3 queen bed bedroom is a perfect size for bigger groups. The location was great and right around the corner from our wedding chapel at the Coalesce Bookstore. Short walk to the water, coffee shops, and food. The host at the front desk was amazing!! Such a nice lady and very accommodating to our family for our wedding day, thank you so much for everything!!

Didn't realize there wasn't an elevator so the stairs were no fun for me. I will remember for next time. Was a quick trip but nice. Would def call upon you again for a longer stay. Do you have rooms that have a small table and chairs available?

Such a positive surprise! Newly renovated and the staff was super friendly and sweet. The bed was very comfortable and the walls weren’t as thin as in other motels - we got an amazing sleep that night. Only few minutes walk to see otter and close to restaurants and shops. We chose this place spontaneously because of the good price and ratings. Highly recommend!

Good location and we were lucky to get a recently refurbished room with excellent cozy beds.
Fresh and nice.... No elevator to the 3rd floor where we were which was a minus.
Checked in late and woke up to the beautiful view of the rock. More than perfect for the one night we had. Good value.

The beds were soft and the room was quiet. I really liked the atmosphere of this hotel.

This was a great hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again. It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking, and most importantly it was a short walk to either side of the embarcadero where the restaurants and attractions are located.

Booked a family suite with 3 queen beds. Each bed has its own room with a jack & Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms. The other bed is separate but kinda in a common room like maybe it was a prior living room which was OK by us. The hotel has recently had a make over so overall it met our needs. The suite has a mini kitchen however their are no pots & pans or basic kitchen stuff. It does have a gas stove and microwave. I'm fine without kitchen stuff just because I'm not trying to use pans etc that have been previously used. There isn't a sitting area so if you're looking for a table or lounge chair this room isn't for you. No closet either which I found weird. Staff is extremely friendly and check in was fast and efficient. Beds are very comfortable, but water in the shower lacks pressure. It did the job, but I like my showers like power hoses lol. Location is perfectly close to everything and walkable. Overall room was clean and definitely met our needs. Would stay here again.

We had to retrieve our own towels and put dirty ones in laundry other than that it was comfortable and located conveniently.

I’m honestly blown away at how nice the rooms are for the price. The place has been very recently remodelled and they did a great job with it. The exterior looks like an average mom and pop motel but the room interior is great. Every room has an ocean view and of Morro Rock, and it’s a two minute walk down to the pier and dozens of shops and restaurants, so the location is excellent as well. Overall a great value.

Great place to stay! The outstanding staff and room was great. The recent remodel makes this inn a lot better than many other hotels in the area. I stayed in room 303 and was very happy with my stay. I checked in after hours but was able to call and get my room key and find my room. The room was in great shape and was nicely decorated and with nice touches from the cleaning staff. The view was amazing and waking up and seeing the Morro rock was a wonderful experience. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. I look forward to staying here again.

Got a 3 room place bc we were traveling with our kids and it was very convenient. It’s walking distance to most of the stuff you wanna do in morro bag!

Absolutely stunning and cute room very clean , fresh and new. Nice lady on the reception and got a great view of bay too. Walking distance from the beach street and sea shore. Loved it.
