Future Honda

I was pleasantly surprised by Future Honda! They were very attentive and welcoming right when I arrived. Troy and Tariq helped me out and we’re super kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I walked away with my dream car and I am super happy!! I did my research before hand and I got a great price on the car. I do have to say, the finance guy tried to push a bunch of warranties on me and was a little aggressive.. so be warned. Other than that, I had a great time with the process.

An overall very good experience. We drove a long way down and they were willing to hold a car for us where no other lots would and treated us like very good customers. They were willing to burn the midnight oil with us until we were all set. Thanks Vic, Felix and the team that helped us with our purchase!

Trevor provided excellent customer service. Service was fast. Pick using UBER was great.
The estimate was clear. The video of the tech inspecting the engine was really well done. Very useful.

Alex was able to provide me some numbers on what car I was interested over text. It made my visit easy when going in for a test drive. Scheduled maintenance via phone with a polite and helpful man. Got an appointment for the following week at the time I requested. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly but professional man who walked me through the process of finding what needed to be done. The car was serviced and I was out the door in 2hours.

I have always chosen my Honda dealer in Sacramento, Salem or Spokane for my maintenance and repairs because I love my car and want it to be awesome. They have always given me a fair deal and peace of mind is part of the deal. Excellent experience! I even arrived early and had no problem checking my car in. The service techs were very friendly and easy to talk to. They checked my car over got back to me very soon with a video of everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. I think that was outstanding. I had my vehicle back in a short amount of time and was on the road satisfied. All the staff there did an excellent job thank you so much I would recommend future Citrus Heights to all! Joey helped me find the car that would fit my preference, – very friendly, knowledgeable, and he made the whole buying process a breeze. As for the Camaro, it's a dream on wheels – the performance is top-notch, it's super comfy, and the features are just what I was looking for. Chris Brown, my service manager was the best!! He discovered some problems at check-in, handled the warrantee. Kept me apprised and got it to me on time. He was sooo nice and patient too. He is a keeper! Give him a raise!

He explained all services performed and what we needed to do for future visit Appreciated his professionalism and kindness towards us coming in without an appointment. My wife told me that this was the best experience she has had at Honda. definitely recommend this place for friends and family.

He was wonderfully helpful the whole time I was waiting for my car, he didn’t try pushing me into any extra work on my car I didn’t need, was thorough with the details he gave me about my car/ how it’s looking under the hood, and generally very easy to talk to!

I suffer from crippling anxiety in social situations so finding an associate who makes me comfortable is a blessing and doesn’t happen very often!

I highly recommend this specific associate AND Honda location , this is now my home base for any up keep I need on my car!

Chris Martin was our salesman. He was very helpful in showing us 2 different models, and taking us out for test drives in both.

There was no pressure to hurry or choose a particular model. He answered all our questions and even asked another member of the staff for an answer He was unsure of.

I wish buying a car wasn't such a long process, but Future Honda made it as painless as possible.

I'll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

I worked with Ryan. He's a young man with a ton of knowledge, and willing to listen and answer any questions I had. He assisted me with my purchase and kept the process fun and efficient.
