Let me tell you about this Team at Honda! I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years, and I was concerned about the process as I've heard many horror stories from friends, family and folks online but I'm happy to say that this was NOT my experience.

This was by far the friendliest and most helpful sales team I've ever worked with, along with thorough, honest and efficient. I set a specific goal of what I needed in financing, and they helped me check every box! Very much grateful for my AutoNation Honda and will make recommendations to anyone that asks. LOVE my new baby, HR-V!

I had a great experience with my sales associate Kristi Lafleur and her crew at the Roseville Honda dealership. I love my car and will enjoy driving it for years to come. This is the second car I bought from Roseville Honda and thanks to Kristi & her Awesome service we made a great deal. I left happy with my brand new Honda Accord Hybrid. Recently, I made the 3 hour drive over to Auto Nation Honda all the way in Roseville to purchase a 2024 Civic Sport Sedan. I wanted to share the experience that I had with Andrew Reif, my Sales Associate.

Andrew provided stellar customer service, & really made the entire process both efficient & enjoyable! Andrew gave me a deal on a Civic that even my local dealer couldn’t do. He’s extremely personable, clearly takes care of his customers, & ensured that I was more than satisfied with my purchase.

Andrew went the extra mile to ensure the entire process went smooth and knew that I had a tight schedule since he knew I was coming from the Bay Area. The Finance Manager was extremely efficient as well & did not try to oversell me on a lot of extras that I didn’t need.

My sales team from online to location were Brandon, to Clement, to Peter, to Anthony were all amazing! Did not waste my time trying to sell me out of what I wanted. I love my new Honda Odyssey, it is such a comfortable vehicle to drive. Just had some accessories installed at Honda AutoNation Roseville including a hitch, body side moldings and bug deflector. Their service department did a great job. I plan to return there for my routine service needs.

Anna was a joy to work with, she was able to get me the exact car I wanted, in the right color, right trim and only added the accessories I actually wanted. She was transparent with a quote right from the start which was a fantastic deal compared to other Honda dealers in this area. When we took delivery of the car the process was easy and stress free, no surprise additional costs or anything like that. And since I have had the car for a few weeks she has reached out multiple times making sure I dont have any questions about the vehicle and letting me know if Im unhappy for any reason that shes here to take care of me. Came in sunday night close to close and Trevor provided exceptional service and help in answering all our questions. and oh boy did we have a lot. though it was close to closing we weren’t pressured into purchasing and were provided as much time as needed to make the right purchase. which we did and i love my new 2025 cr-v.

This is the second car I have leased from Roseville Honda and let me tell you, I am so pleased with how they do business. This second time around was so easy and QUICK!! I literally picked my car online, pulled up and test drove it... did the paperwork and was in and out with my new car within 3.5 hours! Ray and Dakota were amazing and I highly recommend working with them if you're shopping for a new car!! Hands down, best car buying experience in my 38 years of life!!

From Gino to Shane to Chris and last but not least Tony At AutoNation Honda. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I have never had such a smooth and easy transaction. I was in and out. They helped me with picking the perfect vehicle trading my vehicle in and financing quick and made it look so easy. I was originally going to go with Toyota but then went with Honda because of the experience and help I received from them. They made my decision a no brainer. We had some extensive mechanical issues with our (aging) Pilot as we were passing through town. We were able to tow it to AutoNation Honda Roseville where they were able to (quickly!!) complete some major repairs and get us back on the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was an expensive repair, but I feel like the cost was appropriate. I would definitely use this repair shop again if I were in the area.

My service advisor was Joey Aria and he was very good. He listened and answered all my questions. Although the service department was very busy, I felt my repairs (window motor and brakes) were quickly diagnosed and resolved.

I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Honda. The service advisor, Samatha , addressed all of my concerns and appreciated her outstanding service. I was able to pick up the car quickly. Definitely will come back to this dealership for my vehicle.

Great deal we found at Honda dealership in AutoNation Roseville. Munish went above and beyond to get our new Odyssey at best price. The finance and other team were very slow in working though we have excellent credit. Took very long to get the car.
