We sought out Park Group Real Estate after our home had been on the market for 90 days and our listing lapsed without our previous agent informing us. We contacted the team because we felt they had a broad reach with their marketing and social campaigns, we knew they would showcase and highlight the intrinsic features of our home, the warranted a higher price per sqft in our area. I noticed Park Group Real Estate when I was looking for realtors in my neighborhood. I found that they helped a lot of homeowners sell their houses more than 10% above their asking price. Within 10 minutes after I left a message on their website, Samuel called me back. He and his whole team are very professional and efficient. On the 5th day of listing my home, I was already in escrow with multiple back up offers. However, the home buyer got cold feet all of a sudden and decided to cancel the offer in the first day of escrow. Samuel kept calm and went back through the list of back-up offers. In 24 Hours he negotiated the same price with 2 back-up offers and helped me chose the better term one. Really like Samuel’s young and energetic team, and their neat and sleek website. With the help of Samuel’s killer negotiation skills, my home was sold more than 16% over my asking price!!!
