I shop at Home Depot all the time and I have a full collection of Ryobi power tools. Home Depot is always my go-to place for repair parts for my house. I am going to get a toilet next and then a jacuzzi tub!

I must express my gratitude and special thanks to Roy Aluidrez from the service department. Roy is extremely helpful, pleasant , knowledgeable and he exhibited great patience while assisting me to locate the item that I have been looking for a long time to complete my home improvement project. If it wasn’t with Roy’s help, I wouldn’t know when I will be able complete my project. Once again, thank you Roy

I highly recommended Christina from the appliances dept! She has shown us what a true customer service is. Me and my mom were so impressed! She was very very patient(I wasn’t joking- my mom came back and forth 3 times), knowledgeable, and extremely nice and passionate!

Helpful employees, nice people, and well organized. One of the employees explained to me that the primer I got was going to be similar to glue and able to cover marks well after I allow it to dry and then paint over it.

Home Depot in Chino is the best HD we have ever experienced. Frenando Marcias and Sandra run the store with an energy and positivity that transfers to their associates. We had very positive experiences with Hong Bin in Appliances, Michael in Plumbing, Pierre in Appliances, and Chris in Electrical. Each associate was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make decisions on our remodel. We cannot thank them enough for their thoroughness and patience in helping us accomplish our goals.
Pierre in appliances printed out the microwave manual so that we could pick out the correct exhaust vent for our contractor to install. Hong Bin in appliances helped us understand potential color variations in our appliances and what to do about it.
Chris in electrical explained each of our purchases and convinced us to install two combo fire/CO2 units. He also took us through the store to help us buy many other items on our list.
Fernando and Sandra directed us to the proper associates.
We have been to many Home Depot's in the past. This store exceeds all of them. Good managers are the key to a great store and it is apparent at this location. The employees are very knowledgeable and were an absolute pleasure to work with.

The manager went above and beyond to help us. I was asked by 2 employees if I needed help which is odd because every other Home Depot that does not happen!!! Props out to this location !! I love the customer service!!!

My experience here at home depot in Chino #6876 was by far the best. I was looking for a particular item and Immediately was helped and accommodated. The team here operates very well. They find the answers with precision and carefully guide you in the right direction. Very well organized. Atmosphere is positive. I was glad to be helped by such team members. I surprised by how helpful all the staffs were. This was my first time experiencing being help to find the right items I need by home depot associates, the last time I remembered that I had to run and try to catch one of them to ask about a product 😂 Allan and Carlos been a great help to find the best rental product for my needs.

The story behind Home Depot is heart warming. Their goal is to make everyone feel like family. They have everything from wood to bathroom appliances to lighting fixtures. We go there on a regular basis for renovation and fixing items.

Wow, five stars all around for Sally!!! We needed a variety of things in the sink/tub section and general questions, and she went above to help us. Sally was not only knowledgeable, but she also took the time to explain things and share her own personal experiences. She is a top notch employee and this Home Depot is so lucky to have her. My favorite Home depot in IE .. friendly staff is it me or the products here are different from eastvale store .. this is the only store I’ve been to where staff are helpful and smiling I love it here this is my new favorite store 🥰
