Congratulations to Gayla on following her passion. Everyone who knows her knows that she is the B.E.S.T.! I say that literally. She is extremely knowledgeable about how to nurture the body and mind to heal with the assistants of Bio Energy Synchronization and Mother Nature's own supplements. I don't care how many whole foods places open up in the Valley. There is NO ONE who comes close to giving the kind of personal attention that Gayla at LifeStyles Nutrition offers. They've moved to the Ralph's shopping center at Cook and 111 next to Kitchen Kitchen. If you want to get healthy, do yourself a favor and go see Gayla! Your health will be better for it!

We love this store. Well organized, clean, friendly/kind staff that are knowledgeable. It's not crowded, easy parking, and a nice selection of organic foods and vitamins.
