I was unloaded quickly. The load was prepaid so no lumper fee.
There is staging parking outside of the gate. Security patrols the area. You can check in at the guard shack as soon as a guard arrives about 0430 am. They will call you to give you a door.

I'm not sure about overnight parking. I arrived about 0330 am I got the last parking spot. I think there are at least 10 parking spots.

Mainly, this place pays very well, they don't pressure you, they let you work and if you need help, they don't leave you alone. I've been there for a year and I'm comfortable with us food and the staff is very professional.

Entrance on Bell Ave. Receiving starts at 5 am. Really good receivers and lumpers in and out in less than 2 hours.

The best thing i love of the warehouse is overnight parking. When you arrive 10 h before your arrival time you can park here.
I don't care how much time they take to unload or load the trailer the only thing for me is important when you don't have any truck stop near to you or any parking space available to park your truck and this sucks a lot but some warehouse they have overnight parking you park inside the warehouse and wait for your appointment time. Thank you guys.

Easy in n out. Less then 2 hrs and the girl in the check in office is very nice.. Entrance is on bell avenue and you can park overnight..
