I was recently on a road trip and freeway debris dislodged an electric cable that ZMI put under my car to install a scooter lift. Because the cable was dragging on the ground, I quickly took the car to a local service center to do a “patch job” to prevent further damage. Despite it being a weekend, I called ZMI hoping to get in touch with someone. Zane answered and told me to bring the car in asap for him to inspect the damage. Once there, he immediately set to work to finish up the repairs. Then, after a bit of friendly conversation, I asked how much we owed. No charge?!? I was blown away. To not only help me on a weekend without an appointment, but to do it for free? That’s fantastic customer service. I was already a loyal client, and this experience has once again reinforced ZMI's commitment to serving me when I needed it most. Thank you Zane!

They saved me….. again!! My van door would not close so couldn't drive my WC converted van, not even to get to them and I live about 45 minutes away from the shop!!! They sent out one of their employees to drive my van (after he was able to manually close the door!) They kept the car overnight preparing me it could be the door motor which was $4000!!! But he wanted to fully check it out hoping it wouldn't be the motor!! They discovered a rock in the door track which was stopping the door from closing! Thank goodness!!
I have been to ZMI many times and they are always so kind , honest and go way above being helpful!! I got my car back within 24 hours and they even put gas in it on the return !!! Thank you ZMI - YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!

The guys over at ZMI Mobility are top notch. If you need hand controls they are the go to. I’ve been using hand controls for 22 years and they have by far done the best install of all my cars. I would recommend to anyone that needs handicapped accessible equipment installed.

ZMI did a great job with my hand controls, and Zane did an even better job at patiently teaching me how to use them.
