In the back of Bouschet is a hidden gem, a speakeasy call PS Air bar. A must visit if you are in Palm Springs. Dominic is an excellent host.

Drinks are classic and well made with complimentary food. I can't wait to visit again.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend while on vacation.
Wow, this place is such fun little hidden gem. Steping inside you are greated by friendly staff all dressed in airline attire. They go with the interior perfectly, as it is all decorated like a plane. The food was absolutely delicious, as well were the drinks. The cute little airplane ice cubes were a great touch in our tasty cocktails. We went early in the day so we didn't get to see the live music, but heard it's really good. This is definitely a must see if you're in town. I hope to revisit on my next trip.

This cute venue is hidden behind a wine/ liquor store and you enter through there into a plane like experience. The drinks were delicious, especially the Layover and Turbulence. 🙌 The staff was also very helpful and answered all of our questions. There was also a live singer/ performer. Really fun crowd. People were dancing in the aisle and it was very welcoming.

The sandwich place inside is INSANE must try. Fresh and purely clean meats, vegetables and breads. The bread is amongst the best I've had on a sandwich anywhere... moits, slightly chewy... BRAVO! Their macaroni salad is made in house and is very very good.. the pasta is cooked right. And the ratios of ingredients achieve mouth watering flavor and texture.
The service is incredible, 5 stars there. Then there is the main store. Some of the lowest prices I've seen on whisky's, wine, gin, and other alcohol.
Also, in back is one of the coolest bars I've seen. The chairs are out of commercial airliner seats and there is pop culture art in the "windows". It's a must experience when then open up again.

Wow! This place is an upscale wine, liquor, deli, specialty items and unique gift store. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Connected to Bouschet is PS Air! Sit down in an airplane seat at this bar and enjoy cocktails and food from your stewardess, along with entertainment just like the glamour days of flying. Great for private parties.

We ate here during the pre lunch time rush. This establishment is FABULOUS! Staff/owners are super friendly and quite handsome. Amazing selection of spirits and accessories in the upfront liquor boutique. The real GEM is the aeronautical lounge in the back! So cool. Such a delight! And SO fun! Designed to resemble the interior of an aircraft complete with lightening clouds in the "sky", tables made of airplane wings, portholes with individual campy scenes, first class and coach actual airplane seats for seating (quite comfy!) and severs dressed as pilots! Food was PHENOMENAL with sandwiches that would make Dagwood Bumstead jealous. Also a large video screen with aviation themed and brilliantly edited videos for daytime entertainment. I'm told the cocktail hour is hopping! All in all a fabulous experience!

We attended the Monday evening session with live music. Very enjoyable with welcoming host and barman. Ambience and decor was great. Tried a mocktail and Chocolate Cloud cocktail which was excellent although quite small. Recommended!

PS Air Bar— a definite must-experience drag show when in Palm Springs!

In the world of Drag Queen Brunches and shows popping up everywhere, this show is a sonic boom blast that will blow you away!

We did the “Mile High Boozy Brunch” -an airline themed brunch— and plan to return for their dinner shows — perfect for groups and parties — we celebrated my birthday there!

Had so much fun! The cocktails and their names are so fun. Saw people turned away so reservations are important. We had a charcuterie board but mostly the menu was sandwiches. Worth a visit!

Talk about a hidden gem. I'll let you figure it out. But Sunday brunches will never be the same after fall season. We had a blast kicking off weekend 2 of August Birthdays here. Wine galore. You can do tastings, catch a show, ask about club 69! Cheers!!🥂🎶💜

What a spectacular hidden gem nestled within the Bouschet store! The PS Air Lounge offers delicious small plates and a full bar while placing you directly into the cabin of an airplane. You can actually sit in a variety of seats taken from commercial airlines! This is unlike any spot on the map. The entire room is decked out with vintage aviation memorabilia while a historic video plays on the back wall. So far we have tried the Sesame Chicken Skewers, The Tri Tip Sliders, and the Tom Turkey Balls, all of which were delectable! The PS Air Bar also hosts party style events with music during the weekend. To access the lounge, enter through the Bouschet store and walk to the back on the right side. The staff from the lounge to the store front were so friendly and helpful! Bouschet offers fair prices on food, drinks, and gifts. Thank you Bouschet and the PS Air Lounge!!

Spent an afternoon here for a flight to Studio 64. Happy to have a ticket.

A great atmosphere developed so not only are you seated in a real airplane decor, you are served drinks and food in the manner reminisced of an actual airplane flight back when passengers rule.

Tina Turner showed up Bette Midler even came aboard to entertain us.

Fantastic airline themed lounge located behind secret sliding door of this liquor store, PS Air lounge is fun, bubbly and exciting!
Do try to get reservations to Keisha as she belts out song after song while string up and down the airplane runway!

Great wine and gourmet shop with a super fun airline themed bar in the back. We really enjoyed our cocktails and warm olives nuts and flat bread pizza. You can find specialty wines liquor and foods for take out.

They have everything! Wine, cheese, packaged healthy food and a cafe!! Vegetarian Lasagna was the Special the day I was there..delish..

Loved the Flight PS69 drag show brunch. My new favorite airline!

This little shop has a great selection of wines and excellent customer service. We were there to visit PS Air Bar, but bought a bottle of Rose we couldn't resist. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Palm Springs.

Really unique bar/lounge. The staff was amazing (can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this outstanding). The guitarist, Nick Sosa is fabulous. Pizza was great! Highly recommend and definitely will return.

Large selection of wine and helpful staff. If going to PS Air (located in the back) I'd recommend a reservation. Possible to get in as an individual or a party of 2 to sit at the bar. Food is available. Cocktails are tasty. Decor and drinks are airline themed.

PS Air is a hidden gem! Highly recommend the jet lag and chocolate cloud. The space is super small, so I’d recommend a reservation or get there at an off time.
