The UPS Store

I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at my local UPS store. Whether I'm here for supplies, dropping off a prepaid package, or doing an Amazon return, I've found the location convenient, with close parking usually available. They work quickly to get customers in and out while still providing excellent service. During mornings, lunch hour, or holidays, I need to set my expectations to wait a few minutes longer, but usually I've gotten in and out. I especially appreciate the Amazon kiosk so I don't need to wait in line. I recommend The UPS Store if you're looking for printing, shipping, etc!

Donald was super helpful, kind and professional. He even helped me get my box out of my car because I’m pregnant and I couldn’t lift it out of the car. I really appreciated his help.

I was the victim of a scam after shipping an expensive item to someone. I called this store and the employees were able to get my item off of the truck before it left and then give me a full refund. They went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed with their customer service and I will be using them exclusively. I was helped by a woman named Turquoise.

Visited this location for the first time a couple days ago to return a package to Amazon and the cashier (Devan) was outstanding. Today, I visited again to send a package of my own and Devan assisted me again. He was personable, professional and speedy. A true pleasure to work with. Sure beats the post office.

The only ups store (and one of the only stores) in the area with a working camera capable of following instructions for government spec photos. Amy’s pleasant demeanor and knowledge of the tools to produce the spec photo made the process a breeze. She was also quite helpful with advising on shipping options and made sure my parcels were shipped properly. Thanks.

Today I needed a label printed and a box with packing material for a music keyboard I was shipping. The staff gave 5 star customer service and were super helpful. So very appreciated. Thank you all again.

Easy in and out of the shopping center. Notary and Live-scan (finger printing) services along with their printing from flyers to banners is a great help with all the events I am involved in with the community. The customer service is exceptional.

One of the fastest transactions I've had at a postal office. I was in and out and less than 30 sec when though my items had no box or anything. Super quick and friendly staff. Thank you!

The service here has always been great. Not sure why other reviewers are saying that. Maybe a new person working? I love this store. They do a lot for me, and always help me quickly. They are very friendly and accommodating.

I came in to print some papers, my personal experience was fine. Woman behind the counter who says she’s been with UPS since 2007 I believe, was rude, impatient, and condescending to an elderly woman who was confused about how to ship her package. I felt so bad I had to intervene and help the elderly woman out.

I feel like the employees don’t realize they’re bottom of the barrel of a multi billion dollar company and they need to act professionally because UPS will have no problem replacing them. This review is as far all I’ll go, but I really should be opening a case with corporate. If it was my grandmother you guys spoke to like that, I’d be livid.
