DICK'S Sporting Goods

It was a very nice change to finally shop inside of a store instead of from my phone. Shopping on your cell phone does not always support local jobs, and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. The store was immaculate and very well organized. Great selection, and very good quality products from what I could tell. I even found a couple of things I forgot I really needed. Will definitely be back again soon.

Bike department is awesome to deal with! Josh was helpful and patient! I just ordered two bikes for my toddlers, Josh said they’d assemble the bikes and put them on hold til end of day! I can’t wait to surprise my boys!!

We had a WONDERFUL experience in their bike department. I wish I grabbed the employees name, but he was so helpful and even assembled the bike for us while we shopped. Eager to help and so friendly. We will be back!

Black Friday shopping was a hit. Great customer service. I needed some training and trail running shoes. All their reps were knowledgeable. No pressure on sales unlike other shoe stores.

Amazing service by Ryan and Paige! I came in looking for the schwinn indoor bike. Ryan offered detailed info on both types of models and helped me find a bike mat. Ryan went above and beyond with his effort and care to load the bike in our small car! (Backseat) Paige was a kind and knowledgeable cashier who explained the warranty and signed us up for points on future purchases. This is the best location I have visited and I will return for my other needs! :)

I came in the other day looking for a baseball bat for my son and decided to get one on the pricey side and was a little worried. I asked an employee, Nick about possible warranties and he kindly explained the protection plan to me in detail, which made me feel so much better! Very helpful and I was really satisfied with my customer experience!

Worth the drive to Roseville as Sacramento has no full service sports stores. They have all the sports needed for kids and adults under one roof

We tried out the curbside pickup during the quarantine and it was fantastic. Our order came out very quickly and it felt very safe and secure for everyone. We picked up a few backyard/lawn games to play with our kids while we're stuck at home. So happy that we could pick up a few fun games locally.

Really polite staff. "Hannah" was very helpful and I was in and out with a new Kayak rack in about 5 minutes! Greeted at the entrance with a smile and kind word on day one of the "no mask required" future. It was a glorious day!

It was busy as all hell the day I came in. Was greeted as I walked into footwear by a taller guy.

A man in footwear named Joe was obviously being bombarded by multiple customers yet still had the time to assist and ask if I was looking for anything. At the time I was just looking, after I found a pair of Nike Air maxes I went back to Joe. While he was working with another customer, he managed to size me up and check for the size I need and pulled them out for me to try on.

I didn’t pull the trigger on the shoes that day, but I will definitely be back when Joe is working! It was greatly appreciated

I came into Dick’s this morning and purchased a jacket for my morning runs and was kindly greeted at the register by Nick. He was a super genuine guy and made my experience at Dick’s super easy and welcoming. I will 100% be coming back.

Cashiers at check out are typically pretty slow, otherwise I’d give it a 5. Even though the place is teaming with staff, they don’t bring them up front when lines are long. Good clearance deals, great selection, only big sporting goods store left out here.

This was my first visit to Dick's Sporting Goods. Not only was it a whole lot bigger than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised by the extent of their inventory. They seemed to stock several items that I haven't really seen at other stores which carry the same brands. Sale prices before Christmas were excellent... I can definitely recommend a visit.
