Years ago I bought a used PL amp that required servicing. The factory offered to look at the problem rather than having me return it to the seller. Not only did they fix the problem, they upgraded the parts to the latest specs before being discontinued - and they charged me nothing. Since then, I've purchased three other PL components. Like others, I've also had tours of the plant, met the very nice people who work there, and have developed a friendship with one of the key partners. Oh, and their equipment is top notch!

Dealing with this company and especially Kent, is like a breath of fresh air they are respectful courteous and very professional. Put all that together with the fact that they produce wonderful A+ products and you have a winner!

Home of the most iconic audio amplifier designer Nelson Pass. Pass is also known for his input regarding the DIYaudio community by sharing lots of design information helping people to built their own amplifiers.
